Teresa Iribarren's Online Review Report Card

I have seen this doctor twice as I needed a new PCP. Both times, her underlying tone and approach to patient care with me has been very condescending and dismissive.She ignored my concerns and emphatically informed me that she has a life management program that she reserves only for those patients who seem committed to improving their lifestyle. My guess is that only if you enroll in her personal program and pay upwards of $3000, which no insurance covers it, will she them apply the holistic, comprehensive, empathetic approach every patient deserves as a standard of care. The experience with this doctor has been very disappointing. I cannot undertsand how she has been ascribed a 5 star rating.Whenever I asked a question or provided explanations she seemed irritated. She completely disregarded my personal dynamics that are profoundly affecting my chronic conditions.She moved up my appointment to discuss critical lab findings and she did not have the complete results at which point she asked me to call the organization and have then sent the results to her office.I paid this hypocritical doctor to ignore my concerns and to refuse to help me establish a comprehensive plan of care to manage my health while also conducting administrative tasks that her office staff should manage. The Youtube videos depicting this doctor's approach and goals toward patient care are a complete disparity to what i experienced. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

Dr Iribarren is the best doctor I’ve ever seen. She’s a caring and attentive physician. She listens to my health concerns and kindly explains the appropriate treatments for my health and well-being. Glad to have found her :)

This doctor is a quack. My first visit (healthy patient) she starts with wanting a stool sample. Her racket is the supplements based on stool analysis (yuck) with vending machines for these products in the waiting room.

Dr. Iribarren is a wonderful doctor. She is thorough, she takes her time to talk with me and looks at me as a whole person. She is amazing at explaining things and also educating me on my health screenings and the importance of each, in order to keep me healthy! She does also incorporate the importance of a healthy lifestyle, and is not one of those doctors that is quick to prescribe something and then send you on your way. She suggests holistic ways to promote healing as well. She is very knowledgeable and I truly appreciate her care. I took one star off because I often had to wait for several hours after my scheduled appointment time before I was even seen. But this is because she really takes her time with each patient she sees, and I feel this is a good thing. She is worth the wait!! I unfortunately had to find a different primary care physician because I moved to Broward county and it's too far to come see Dr. Iribarren. However, I still highly recommend her to any friends or family who live in West Miami area. Dr. Iribarren, thank you for all your awesome care!!! You have made a positive difference in my life and I admire you as a clinician.

Dr Iribarren has been very thorough with my complicated medical history. She has taken it on herself to coordinate my many doctors' treatments. She takes a personal interest in caring for the whole person.

Be aware, they bill you 40$ for “no show fee” Esten concientes, ellos te mandan un bill 40$ por no asistir a la cita!!

This doctor was On Call when I called my doctor over the weekend. I was in SOOOOO MUCH PAIN in my lower back that I COULD NOT MOVE. Every time I moved I felt this SHARP PAIN that felt like an electric shock and made me SCREAM and CRY. I took one pain med in the am but I was still getting the HORRIBLE SHARP PAIN. This doctor was not able to help me at all. Just told me ask a friend or take Uber and go to the urgent care. 😢

I was recommended by a friend and recommend Dr Iribarren to all my friends and family. She takes all the time I need to listen to my concerns and explain my studies clearly in a way I can understand. She then offers me options not just a prescription. Dr Iribarren also gives me options to naturally treat my problems. I underwent the lifestyle program she offers in her office and lost 25 pounds in 12 weeks effortlessly. I now have more energy and was able to decrease my blood pressure medications by half. I don't have words to thank Dr Iribarren and her staff for their exceptional care!
