Dr. Grant is an excellent provider but office staff does not return phone calls or address messages with him. It is very difficult to schedule appointments as a result of this.

Dr. Grant is a very good doctor with a great bedside manner. However, attempts at communication are shunned. Phone calls are never returned. I even tried communicating by fax. This has been an ongoing problem with this doctor.

While Dr Grant is a great guy his diagnosis wasn't accurate and my symptoms still persist. I have left several messages and don't get a call back from front office personnel so communication is difficult at best.

Agree with paient that said he puts words in your mouth and records them. I saw him for Insomnia and when that stupid treatment he ordered with one of his staff didn't work, he said to his recorder that all went well and then said he didn't need to see me again. He also inplied that I was not telling the truth about a test another neurologist had done on me and as I was leaving the test was faxed to him, but I never heard from him about it.

Dr. Grant puts words in a patient's mouth when he asks a question and records all the replies. He claims to be an insomnia expert but he did not prove it with me.
