Patient care is fine! Having an issue with one of my ears (pain) after having wax removed. I have made two phone calls each time leaving a message for the doctor to call back! It has now been two weeks with no return call! I had to seek other medical attention elsewhere! Will not be returning here!
Have been trying to cancel appointment on 11/15. Tried to call 4 times.
I have to truly say when I visit Dr. Todd A. Kupferman ENT Office , I always feel welcome and staff is so friendly. When I have any questions after my visit I can always call and I get to speak with Sally. Sally is always friendly and has such a pleasant voice. She direct my calls to the staff member that I need to speak with in the Margate or Lighthouse Point Office. All the Staff Members are so pleasant when I visit either office. I would definitely recommend friends or family members to either office. Thank you, to All the Staff for making my visits a pleasant one whether it is at the Lighthouse Point Office or Margate Office. Everyone is so Great!!! I thank you so much. Lenette Toombs
Dr. Kupferman did a Balloon surgery on my nose in his office with his nurse Marsha. The Doctor worked and Marsha explained what was happening and what I'm expected to feel. The procedure was uncomfortable, and not painfull, even after the anesthesia wore off. So as the stuffiness and everything else heals, I am breathing better which was the whole point. Thank You Dr. Kupferman and Nurse Marsha.
The most UNPROFESSIONAL office staff that I have ever seen. As a professional, I personally called for an appointment and was told to go at noon for an appointment with Dr Kupferman. I showed up 5 minutes early, signed in on sign in sheet, and the receptionist never even looked up. Long story short, I waited over an hour and a half and inquired, only to be told by the second receptionist that I did not have an appointment! I made the appointment myself and had it written down as well as typed into my calendar. Receptionist didnt even apologize for letting me sit and waste over an hour and a half in their waiting room! As an attorney with clients of my own, I would never waste peoples time like that. I should send this doctor a bill for my time! Totally incompetent staff. Worse, i heard the receptionist telling people they better plan to wait over 90 minutes for their appointments! Who runs an office like this? Doctors who think their time is so much more valuable than other peoples! I wont go back!
long wait to see Dr. They seem very anxious to perform multiple tests when necessity is questionable.
I was on a scuba diving trip when I experienced a problem clearing my left ear. As an experienced diver of 35 years, I had never had this painful problem before. I thought that perhaps this was due to a bout with Covid in May of 2022, and that I might have some unknown congestion in my sinuses. I was breathing just fine so, no indication of congestion.Upon arriving home, I looked for an ENT near me and scheduled an appointment with Todd Kupferman, in the Lighthouse Point office. Not only did I leave the office, after perhaps 10 mins with the doctor, with 4 additional appointments for testing which seemed unrelated to my problem, but also unbeknownst to me, 3 prescriptions waiting at the pharmacy I use. They also appeared to be unrelated to my clogged ear. One being for ulcers, which I do not have, one for acid refux, which I do not have, and a sinus inhaler for allergies, of which I have no allergies. I asked and was advised that each of the appointments required a co-pay, and as we all know, an additional billing of my insurance company. What really bothers me is that I am not a stupid nor naive individual. What is going on in this practice is quite clear and I will not go back. My bad...I should have Googled Todd Kupferman prior to my appointment.
The staff of Dr Todd Kupferman they do not answer the phones and do not return the calls, they call me Friday about the Monday 8/22/2022 appointment asking me for the referral from my primary doctor, I called the primary doctor and asked to fax the referral again. zzOn Monday 8/... They do not answer the phones and do not return the calls, they call me Friday about the Monday 8/22/2022 appointment asking me for the referral from my primary doctor, I called the primary doctor and asked to fax the referral again. zzOn Monday 8/22/22 I called and left message to confirm my appointment but no body called. I went to the office for the appointment and after waiting a few minutes they told me that my appointment was for 9/29/22. I made the appointment with the doctor because i needed attention if i knew that was going to take that long to see Dr Kupferman i would not chosen him. Bad service
This is one of the worst physicians that I have seen my entire life. I have never met a doctor that wanted to debate a patient about being seen. I never write reviews, but this is how bad this physician is. Don't waste your time coming to this one.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
