They are charging my insurance 1500 to sit in there facility that is crazy please please pay attention to what your paying for....NEVER AGAIN looking for someone else very UNHAPPY 🙁 patient.....only thing the doctor was awesome 👌

Dr Hauser and his colleagues are an amazing team of doctors and medical professionals

I did an ultrasound in this location and I am being charged $1000 for hospital facility fees, even though this is a medical facility. Please read all the documents that they ask you to sign thoroughly because they will not help you in any way and will only repeat over and over again that the paper said that they might charge you a fee. The documents doesn't say how much the fees are. I am stuck with a $1000 bill even though any other place just charges the copayment from your insurance to do any testing. Now I have to deal with a huge bill besides my health concerns.

We love our doctors a UHealth, the way the place is run is absolutely awful. This afternoon my sister finished with her doctor at 3PM which should have allowed us half an hour before her STS pickup to get bloodwork done. First we had to re-register (we had already done that to see the doctor), then we had to sit for 20 minutes and listen to a UHealth security guard try to talk his coworker into some get rich quick real estate investment scheme while we waited for a lab tech to come get her. The lab staff moves at a glacial pace. I guess that they are going to be there anyway so they figure why hurry?. By 3:25 it was clear that this was not going to happen today. This is absolutely inexcusable! The doctors are great but what the patients have to put up with is barely worth it.

I'm very satisfied with this center U-health located 8392 sw 97th ave suite L, the staff very professional, lined, Dr Judith Simms very professional , my daughter love this doctor, she explained everything about her problem, i recommend this doctor 200 % and this center too

I have all my specialists there and everything has gone well for me, they are always attentive to my health and the best innovative treatments

So this is an update of my review from the last time I was here which was 28 days ago. Last time I came for an xray and an mri, and was only able to do the xray cuz the wait for the mri was almost 2 hours. I have a severe back injury and I'm unable to sit that long so I left. Today I am back to do the mri. I was about 6 minutes late and they took another patient, and now my wait is about an hour. This is totally unacceptable and inconsiderate of patients. I will never step foot here again. Obviously this is an ongoing issue, just look at all the reviews. These people don't care and are just here to collect checks.

Absolutely terrible. My doctor left for the day and no one told me until after I arrived. This was after I drove over an hour to get to the appointment and left work early. I wouldn't recommend any of the OB/GYN doctors at UM because they treat you like you don't matter and don't care if you are sick.

I've been here several times, everyone is very nice but the wait is ridiculous, and the front desk is extremely loud. No one needs to hear personal stories, or know about private patient matters. Also, there are people who suffer from mental health, and/or are very sensitive to noise, so imagine, you're going to the doctor to get help and there's people yelling like if they're in calle ocho. On top of that, playing music!! Staff needs to act a little more professional and considerate to patients.

Wow where do i start? 6 month wait for an appointment or how about dropping me as a patient and i need to be reentered in the system? I honestly believe that they dont like white people and are actively discriminating against me.
