We made an appointment the same day and arrived 20 minutes earlier , we were immediately seen, which was great. The nurse Liany and her assistant were extremely kind and explained everything in detail.

Terri the nurse practitioner was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She attended to my every need with a smile on. I would most definitely go back and would recommend her to a close family member and friend

my husband made an appointment to have ear wax removed from his ears. The nurse on duty was not able to do this for some reason....not sure why bc he has been there several times before for this same procedure. Still they sent me a bill for the office visit & the removal procedure. I called to see why they were charging me for a procedure they were unable to do and they were just unwilling to make any accommodation in charge. Lesson - do not go there for ear wax removal....they will send you to a doctor that can do it and still charge you for the procedure.

Excellent service made an appointment day before , next day morning everything went smoothly. Nurse patrician saw me right away due an ear infection. In fact they called me in a couple of day after to see how i'm feeling .

I made an online appointment and when I got there there was no one there. I didn’t receive a phone call to reschedule or to cancel. I went the next day without an appointment ( it says walk-in welcomed) and they claimed that was not true no walk ins were accepted. I can’t even begin to say how disappointed I am since UM health has taken over the Walgreens clinics. No customer service, rude and inconsiderate to the patients time and health. (Walgreens on Sunset and 117 Avenue)
