Waoo!! Me encanto el trato del todo el personal ..enfermeras son muy amables y las 3 comida muy buena ..mientras estuve hospitalizada me senti comoda..al llamar por ayuda la Respuesta era inmediato

I came to this hospital (by referral) for a pituitary tumor. Dr. Komotar and Dr. Sargi successfully removed my tumor. The staff here was so compassionate and friendly the entire time. My experience was wonderful; that is hard to find in a hospital. I highly recommend this hospital for any major surgeries or procedures! Uhealth team of nurses in ICU and in the brain/spine tower, you are all the best! Shout out to Yadira, Maria, and Jacquelyn. You made me feel very comfortable. Thank you.

For my appointment yesterday 5/4/2023 it was quick, efficient, and clean. The valet, however, lol it took longer to get my car back than to get my MRA done! I wasn't the only one that had been waiting a while either.

Worst experience ive been 3 hour inside a room and with pain the still have not given me any treatment please keep away from this hospital they still have not done my blood work

For the amount of money invested in this facility the service is horrible, terrible, deplorable. Most times I call customer service they sound like they’re rolling out of bed, and have attitudes. No eagerness or willingness to assist patients. Patients! The people they are staffed to provide the services for, no patients, no facility, simple logic. ER sent me a physicians bill for $466.00, because the doctor who refused to perform the procedure on me asked “if I wanted to spend Valentine’s Day with him” That was a $500 consultation, Pretty on the outside screwed from the highest level up. They need to invest in retraining and rehiring! The current staff doesn’t have the compassion to be doing what they do!

Best hospital in Miami

Horrible...... me dieron una sita para dentro de 5 meses y hoy faltando 6 días me dijeron que no me pueden atender porque no cojen mi seguro medico y ahora que hago ??? Dejarme morir ?

This hospital is awfully sneaky and pathetic the room looks great but te food is cold and mostly doesn't smell got and children under 15 should be able to see whoever they want to in this prison they get treated like trash and they can't come down they probably want out of this Rat infested hospital anyway if you want a good place for your elders I'm telling DONT MAKE THIS ONE

This hospital is one of the best hospitals ever, better than Jackson that’s for sure. To begin with, my mom had a fusion surgery and was admitted on a Friday, she was placed in a room and was given excellent care from then. The nurses who came to check on her were so nice and it was like they were treating you like family. I’ve had some bad experiences in hospitals in New York and this hospital is by far the best one. I don’t understand how the other reviews are giving this hospital 1 star! The views from the rooms are breathtaking it’s like you’re in a high rise condominium. I went to the PH floor and the views were even better. The food is alright, not seasoned but I can tolerate it, because it’s hospital food you know how hospital food is. They give guests recliners to sleep in and the WiFi is great.

Horrible place. The patient experience Adriana was very Rude. Emergency is really bad service. Only good people were the security guards that were very nice to me and my son. Only reason he is there because Dr Komotar is there and he and his staff are the best.after this we no coming back. A hospital that they don't allow you to stay with your love is ridiculous. I reported to a few channels my experience ones. Never again. I don't recommend this hospital. No emphaty for the patients. They have no privileges. The greeting staff is horrible. The rules for visiting are ridiculous. That's why I reported to a few channels how people get treated here. Never again.
