Hola Dr Vicente, me hice colonoscopia y endoscopia con usted el dia 26 de mayo y una de sus asistentes me colocó el catéter ella es de color una señora delgada que usa espejuelo yo no tengo problemas de salud ni de coagulación , creo debería ser más especializadas porq tengo mi brazo morado de la mala colocación del catéter.

A lot of the negative comments here are about the appointment times and schedule and whatnot. Despite this, this doctor is worth the wait as he is a practitioner that takes his time answering your questions, explains everything clearly, etc. I'd rather wait and not be rushed, than be in-and-out and leave with pending questions. For me anyway, an understanding of what is happening to me, which Dr. Lago painstaikingly explains, is as important as medicine in terms of recovery versus "here is your pill" and "next" doctors that don't tell you anything and just bill your insurance.

Durante la cita son muy amables, ofrecen ayuda, etc. El Dr. Muy bueno, hace preguntas y responde muy bien las inquietudes. Es necesario mejorar el de servicio al cliente, es más fácil ir a la oficina para verificar citas u otras preguntas que hacerlo por telefono. O no responden o ponen en espera por 20 a 30 minutos
