Es lo peor donde he podido ir no tienen ningun respeto hacia los pacientes el personal es de lo peor
I recently had a medical crisis at work. Dr. Faradji and his staff was able to see me right away as a new patient. The entire process was smooth, I have to say that i do not like going to doctors offices. All my interactions with Dr. Faradji was very personable and very thorough. I am very pleased with this doctor and his staff. Would recommend 100%
Dr. Faradji is the best Neurologist. He has an excellent bedside manner, is very professional, and shows he is concerned about your health as a patient. During appointments with Dr. Faradji, you don’t feel rushed through your visit and I’m always satisfied after my appointments so I make sure he takes my insurance during open enrollment. His office has many of the services he may need, so there is no need to drive all around town, which is a significant plus, and his staff in the office or for telehealth is always amicable and professional. I'm glad Dr. Faradji was referred to me and I have referred Dr. Faradji to family members who were were happy for the referral.
I had a good experience my first visit with Dr. Faradji and when he conducted the nerve conduction test along with a technician who was very nice and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Today, I had a virtual appointment and when I called the office after 20 minutes of waiting for them to contact me she tells me that the appointment shows cancelled. She just kept telling me the same thing and asking if I had confirmed the appointment. #1 no one contacted me to confirm #2 people have lives and jobs, you cannot cancel an appointment simply because the patient doesn't confirm particularly when they are known for calling the Friday before the appointment giving little chance for the person to call back. It's extremely unprofessional and had I missed work for this appointment, it would've affected me even more so. Do better!
NERVE TEST WAS PAINFUL!!! After the Nerve Test procedure I asked if was painful and serval people said yes. I left crying in pain throughout the hospital. I been referral to couple of specialist in Baptist. NO..Promblem with any other Doctors expect For Victor Faradji MD!!! 1st and last visit!!! I'm 39 I have lower lumbar L4 L5 & muscle spasms, pain, minimal strength in right foot & right foot swelling. In for NERVE TEST.. I called Doctor the office and asked if I need a driver they said no need THAT'S NOTHING! First procedure Electric Shocks, Mild pain reflected to my back. The assistant give me few minutes to recover. He calledDr. Victor Farahji in to complete the test. The left foot was a little painful then on my right foot it was PAINFUL, each nerve reflecting to my back, I told the Dr. I was in pain His respond was it's all in your head it's just a needle. I TURNED TO DO MY LOWER LUMBAR THAT WAS EXTREMELY PAINFUL. Dr. Farahji told me that I be fine all I need was to home and take Tylenol and I explain that was in pain I asked him to give me a few minutes to recover. HIS RESPONSE WAS DON'T YOU WANT TO GO HOME! I SAID YES, YOU THINK I WANT TO BE HERE ANY LONGER, I CAN'T MOVE RIGT NOW. The most I toke was like 10 minutes to put on my shoes. I step into the hallway crying in pain...no assistant offer a seat or maybe Tylenol. Basically your visit is over GET OUT! I ended calling family members so they can drive me home. I've never been in a situation like this! This has been a nightmare I can't stop thinking about it.
This experience was a complete nightmare! Doctor and staff were rude and unprofessional. No wonder they gave me an appointment from one day to another, no one wants to see this doctor. Please do yourself a favor and look for a different neurologist.
Extremely rude staff. I was given a prescription by the Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Georgiy Brusovanik to see Dr. Faradji to run some tests ordered by Dr. Brusovanik. As I called the office of Dr. Faradji for an appointment I was told they don’t work with my insurance and that they do not see self pay patients. As a result, they refused to schedule an appointment. I was surprised when I was told they refuse to see me even when I emphasized I would pay out of pocket for the services. I spoke to Julie and she was very rude when speaking to me.
This doctor is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve seen in my life. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes late on a Rainy Day. I called several times to let them know that because of the rain I’d be 15 minutes late and it said that the office was CLOSED. As soon as I got there I called again while walking to the office and the secretary who finally answered the phone said the doctor would not see me. I explained that I had called several times and she asked the doctor again, he said he would not see me. I spent un hour and a half trying to get to his office with rain and traffic and he didn’t have the decency to see me. The staff was so rude she told me that I shouldn’t even get out of my car because he would not see me. What kind of health care professionals are these treating scared and suffering patients with such disrespect and lack of compassion? There are plenty of neurologists out there who can treat you with respect and kindness, this guy and his staff are the exact opposite of what you would want. Trust this from someone who is in pain.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
