In September 2021 I was transferred to Victoria Nursing and Rehabilitation after battling Covid-19.Being bedridden for a couple weeks with Covid-19 and the huge array of medication they treat you with, my body needed this. I felt weak and out of sorts.I had the best and most attentive Nurses,Emmanuel and Edgar who made me feel safe and well taken care of.I bothered them a lot with so many questions but they were always very patient and caring. I thank them so much!At Victoria it’s all about care and Rehabilitation of the patient. They keep you on a strict schedule during each day. An early Breakfast then time for Therapy, where one of the friendly transportation employee’s will be waiting to transport you to your therapy session.I found Ileana from Transportation to be very charming and delightful! She always greeted me with a smile and great conversation!Therapist Yakie had me going strong in no time. She motivated me and was very informative to my questions about a “healthier lifestyle”. I learned so much from her and thought she was excellent!Liset was also one of the Therapists that worked closely with me and very consistent,patient and constantly encouraging me.While in Therapy you can get the best and most soothing massage from Massage Therapist Lumey! What a Professional and wonderful asset to Victoria Rehabilitation she is!A special shout out to Candace for making me feel Welcomed on my first day of Therapy.Within a few days of therapy I began to feel stronger and at the end of 2 weeks they had me in tip top shape. I really appreciate the Professionalism of the entire Staff.If I was lucky sometimes I’d even get Cafe Cubano from Caridad or a great smile and conversation from CNA Lulimar! Great employees going the extra step.I had a great stay, great care,a beautiful room and the BEST FOOD EVER from a huge team of Medical Professionals.A very special Thank You to the ”Chef’s of Victoria Rehabilitation”. I’m a person who doesn’t like to cook but loves to eat and never loses her appetite. Your Dietician, a lovely young lady came to get my dietary needs. Low sodium, diet, low cholesterol type diet.It was literally the best food ever!I honestly looked forward to every single meal and actually lost weight during my stay!I think Victoria should share their recipes in a “Delicious and Healthy Cook Book” and I’ll be the first customer!!!What about the “ Soapitas?” Omg to die for. I hated to leave.I want to thank your invaluable Mrs. Rita Garcia the bottom of my heart for herexpertise advice, guidance and most importantly her lovely company while recovering from this horrible thing called Covid Together.She made it all possible for me.Much Thanks to Rita & Victoria Rehabilitation!If anyone out there is in need of Therapy don’t hesitate to call Victoria!Impeccable service!

Todos son muy amables y profesionales. Estoy encantada con el trato de todos. Muchas gracias por tan exelente servicio. Y despues de 7 meses estoy de regrrso y esta mucho mejor que antes. El segundo piso totalmente renovado. La atencion es en extremo buena. Siempre feliz de venir a recibir sus cuidados. Gracias mil.

1 star is not even good enough for this place. Do not believe all these 5 star reviews. This place is terrible and they do not care for the patients properly.My family member was there and was discharged with a large bleeding bed sore. Was not bathed and was left in wet diapers for hours. They don't return your calls, and you can never get to speak with the doctor. No communication to the family regarding the patients progress.Stay away from this place, they need to hire qualified nurses and aides and a doctor who cares.

Worse rehab in the universe to get a hold of a nurse to speak to them about your family member is HELL. No one knows anything the famous supervisor is never able to attend to you nor even answer a call. Your family member can be dying and you will never know. I have been on hold for 23 mins with my work phone and my cell phone and still have not been able to get a hold of no one. The operator just comes back and transfers me without even saying one word to me and when she gets tired she hangs up on me. have no info on my mom or what's going on.

Quisiera que alguien me respondiera para saberDe un familiar lo dejan a uno esperando en el teléfono y puedes estar el tiempo que quieras que no van a responder.Te envian de una persona para otra y despues cuando llegas al piso no responden.

Exelente servicio, la terapia maravillosa, recomiendo este lugar a todos los que necesiten rehabilitar.Me llevo la mejor opinión en todos los sentidos. Muchas gracias y bendiciones para todos.

I spend day and night trying to get through phone calls no one never answers the phone. Especially in the 7th floor where our Mother is at. Doctors don't even call to update us about her status. They also always hang up the phone 📱on us the family 👪. Horrible communication 🙄. Honestly I don't recommend it at all. We can't sleep or eat as well not knowing anything about Mom. It's all about the money not Love for the patients there. What happened to the love of their profession.

Un lugar excelente, para la atención de nuestros seres queridos y amigos…

Considero que aquí se hace un excelente trabajo, y que no es mejor dado al déficit tan grande de empleados de todo tipo. Pienso que si eso se solucionara sería el sitio ideal para las personas de la tercera edad. Muchas gracias por todo. Marta Escalona.
