Extremely unprofessional. Called to make an appointment so I can get a check up have not had one in 3 years plus my shoulder and arm looked at because of pain and the employee there was very dismissive of my needs. First she tells me next appointment is for next year. I tell her thats fine I need to see a doctor plus there is no rush. She again interrupted me and flat out refused to hear me out. She advised me to go to an Urgent Care. So I just realized and told her that apparently she does not need my business or doesnt care. I hung up.

This place is doing billing fraud be careful you go in for a physical and they bill you and your insurance for something totally different. Refuse to bill correctly after I complained. Big time FRAUD
