Best rehab center in South Florida!!! The employees at this establishment treated my abuelita as if she were their own. They were also so helpful and sweet to all of us. Vanessa in particular would always go out of her way to make sure she was ok and happy. Thank you so much West Gables Rehab!!!

This facility is a top notch place for Rehabilitation.My mother in law went for a few days after a hospital stay and it was awesome the Nursing staff was great very helpful and professionalThe Physical Therapy was very intense and at the end of the treatment the results were 10 times better than we expectedThe rooms are remodeled, very clean and very well kept.The whole entire Staff should commended on a a job Well Done.We are very pleased with results and highly recommend West Gables Rehabilitation Hospital.

On the first evening of her rehabilitation stay, two staff told my mother she had to fully undress so they could examine her. Completely unacceptable and NOT a requirement as they misled her to believe!

I appreciate my mother's stay at this Rehabilitation Center. The care was good in most situations, the physical therapy staff very good. I wanted to give a special thanks for their excellent work and high degree of professionalism and human quality to the nurse Efrain, Milena, Odeimis, and Alberto from physical therapy. (4 floor) Also very special was the case manager Rosalba who gave me emotional support, and guidance whenever I need it, demonstrating a lot of professionalism, knowledge of her work and an exceptional human being. Este centro es pura basura. Yo fui paciente de ahí y hasta una enfermera me corto con su uña mi nalga y después levanto 1 reporte diciendo era 1 Escara. Maltratos verbal, muy mala forma,tuve que llamar a mi familia y pedirle me sacaran aunque estaba muy mal físicamente,Me dejaron sin comer . Llamas por ayuda y te ignoran. Yo como paciente le digo a los familiares de otros pacientes de favor no dejen a su familia querida en este centro. Nos maltratan como paciente las enfermeras e incluso quienes te deben de hacer el aseo te ignoran y te tratan avasallandote como si fueras estupida y hasta la escuché enfermera y asistente burlándose descaradamente de nosotros como paciente por nuestras enfermedades-Protejan a sus familiares no permitan dejarlos ahí. Por eso no permiten los familiares entren a vernos. Para así no vean que nos tratan como basura

I would advise you not to take your family to the west gables rehab center , my mother was not treated well and the communication there is very poor,

Awesome staff , thank you Rey and Monica from the therapy and also a huge thank you to Vanessa Ruiz she was the sweetest and most comforting person ! Great food and garden to go and relax . Thank you all and happy holidays
