Elderly, handicapped father admitted with serious condition; severely distraught in early morning hours the following day.Entire phone system for the hospital not workable beyond the (admittedly very apologetic and courteous) operator.10+ phone calls to patient room, nurses' station, any ostensibly useful resource--all failed over the course of more than an hour.Heaven #$@&ing forbid if the man were dying. Ayyy get a new Telecomm group, you high school drop-outs.

My 14 yr old daughter had to have a very long MRI today. The MRI team, Marco and Frank, were so pleasant and took great care of her. Thank you so much!

Muy agradecida por la atención brindada por todo el personal del Hospital , los Médicos, enfermeras, personal administrativo, personal del aseo, cocina etc...todos excelentes , un servicio maravilloso, la comida muy rica, muchas gracias.Fuí como turista a su País y desafortunadamente sufrí un accidente del cual salí adelante gracias al profesionalismos de todos Ustedes. Mil gracias de corazón.Colombia y Yo se los agradecemos infinitamente.

Each time I come to this Baptist I leave extremely satisfied with the device I get and the amazing customer service.I love how ample is their parking lot.I love how organized they are with their scheduling department.I love how organized they are at the entrance and all the security and COVID precautions they take care of.I love how clean and neat everything is always.

They treated my wife and gave her excellent treatment. We are blessed to live close to this hospital🙏 . Staff is amazing and the facility is very clean. We thank God for this place.

To the rude and negligent ER personnel on shift today (1/11/2022) . How come you can tell a patient who is in excruciating pain that is lying and just leave the patient in a hallway without any attention. Shame on you!

A pesar de ser paciente del Baptis y tener siempre el mejor criterio de este hospital esta vez he tenido una amarga experiencia y una decepción muy frustrante porq entre en emergencia el día 6 de enero a las 6:00 pm de la tarde y logre ser atendido a las 12 de la noche después de haber hablado con una enfermera y un doctor acerca del dolor tan grande q tenía ; q resultó ser una obstrucción intestinal .Lo peor viene ahora después de hacerme un CTSCAN me ingresaron en una pequeña sala porq el hospital estaba lleno con pacientes de COVID .A las 4:00am entre en esa salita hasta el sábado a las 8:00am no me cambiaron las topa de cama no recibí ayuda para mi atención higiénica es decir el sábado a las 8:00 am fue q después de una larga y bien molesta protesta comencé a trenes esos serviciosPara pedir ayuda para ir al baño tenía q esperar hasta media hora y llamar por la asistencia hasta tres o cuatro vecesEl reguero de la habitación le daba un aspecto deportableMe ordenaron análisis de orina y permaneció ena habitación hasta el sábado a las 8:00am q la notaronLos resultados de las pruebas q me hicieron el viernes a las 5:00pm el sábado a las 10am todavía no me lo habían dadoEl cirujano a lo ví el viernes en la mañana y el sábado a las 10 de la mañana todavía no lo había vuelto a verEn fin fueron experiencias bien triste
