I'm saddened and disappointed by Chiropractor Dr Lisa Owens response to my review from May 2nd, 2024. She did not cover me with anything. Anyone that reads her answer to my review can see that she ignored the offensive statement that she told me after I was shocked to see a camera during the session while my pants were down which where "it's only you young people who care if people see your butt older people don't care" and when she said that her husband is the one that sees the camera so I shouldn't have to worry." Dr Owens, If you cared about your patient privacy you would have taken me to the empty patient room, instead it was in your personal office knowing you had to lower my pants and that there was a camera right there above us. If you cared about your patient privacy, safety and comfort you would have never told me those words. Makes me sad that you deleted my review on google so many times I had to come on yelp and still you're not acknowledging your mistake. It doesn't matter anymore because I shared my experience for the people.

Very rude on the phone! Hope her bedside manner is better than the way she talks to people on the phone..what a disgrace! Her attitude on the phone must reflect how bad of a chiropractor she is! Would NEVER recommend to anyone!

Because of the positive reviews I went to see Dr Owen and I was very disappointed in the service that I received. She's very unprofessional and unpleasant. She was all over the place and made me feel so stressed, during my session she talked about her personal trauma while making me cry. It was so weird, I was scared of her behavior and felt unsafe. On top of that, I felt more pain after our session. I regret going to see her so much. I cried that following day because I still felt angry of what happened and the experience of when I went to see her. Please seek another professional she's not responsible. I do not recommend her AT ALL. !!

I fully recommend Dr. Lisa. She combines her quiropractic and acupuncture knowledge with neuro emocional techniques and kinesiology that will help you identify the cause of the pain in the first visit! You will feel a great improvement from day one.

He crack my nack before xray i get hevy injury as paid 24hour never get fixd no professional . Only care about money web side said 50 $ but when i get thare ask 75$ too . She dont care my conditions just talk about take money out from injury case ... horrible i dont know how i get back nomal life with out pain i had problem to walk . As well for ever i will had problem i shold never see dr lisa

I LOVE Dr. Lisa! She takes care of me, my husband, and my brother-in-law! Both my husband and I had neck problem, which she dealt with in just 2 visits, she realigned my spine, and adjusted my lower lumbar, and she has every possible trinket you could need. We love love LOVE her. Strongly recommend

Dr. Lisa is amazing!! I was suffering from a lot of stress and my upper back was so tight and painful, she couldn't even touch me without me complaining about the pain. With a combination of adjustments, acupuncture and Neuro emotional techniques, she was able to identify the origin of my stress rooted in my childhood. I've seen a 100% improvement in my overall wellbeing.
