Being a very avid, yoga and pilates person in a demanding profession, I was concerned about being able to quickly regain my active lifestyle and I was not disappointed. Dr. Lisa has the most up to date equipment and with her expertise I was thankful that I was able to do so within a few days. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
