I had a problem at the office the other day but Dr Trattler personally emailed me to remedy the situation. We can all have bad days but what we do to take care of the people we hurt . Dr Trattler showed me he is not just a great doctor he is a really good person. I want to shout it from the rooftops

5 star service. Truly Excellence in Eye Care.

This was my appointment to determine when and what kind of cataract surgery I will have. I felt very comfortable and was impressed by every member of the staff. I am scheduled for December 28 for the right eye, and the following week for the left.

My first visit in 2016 for cataract surgery and glaucoma were my 2nd opinion. Dr. Trattler not only 'listens' but responds to any/all concerns and I had many as a scared senior facing cataract surgery. My preferences were addressed at every post-op. I got shingles in one eye and was seen often, as needed by many in the 'Center of Eye Excellence' practice...exceptionally pleased with all!! I discovered today that my AvMed Medicare Choice networked with opthalmologists and my favorite Dr. William Trattler is not on my list. I hope to find a doctor with the qualities of expertise, communication skills, ability to calm when the patient is nervous, sense of humor, and always so professional!! You set the bar very high sir!! Thank you!!

Excelente servicio. Todo el equipo que trabaja para el Dr. Trattler es muy amable. He estado en tratamiento desde hace cuatro años por una condicion de la cornea y he mejorado progresivamente gracias al tratamiento. Son muy profesionales y equipos sofisticados y de alta tecnologia. Excelentes.

After years of dealing with an eye infection, Dr. Trattler was quickly able to take care of me. I'm impressed with his care and efficiency.When I left a voicemail for a refill, it was taken care of on the same day. I appreciate the office staffs attention to the patients.

This was an extremely busy office. The staff were polite and kept everything moving along. Dr. Trattler was kind and answered all of my questions. At no point did I feel rushed. I would advise leaving yourself at least 20 minutes for parking. Also bring a book, or magazine, and maybe a snack. I would highly recommend this office and doctor.

Dr. TRATTLER is amazing! The cross linking procedure was quite a process but I am so glad dr. TRATTLER and his staff were the ones to do it. They made the entire process as stress free and comfortable as it possibly could be. If you have keratoconus I certainly recommend reaching out to him.

I am very pleased with the results of my cataract surgery with Doctor Trattler. The staff are all nice which helps as so many doctor staff members can kill the experience and end up hurting a great doctor. I am grateful for what Dr Trattler did for me and highly recommend him.

I would recommend Dr. Trattler to anyone. I reached out to his office recently when my son was diagnosed with Keratoconus and needed immediate attention. Dr. Trattler immediately talked to us and eased my son’s fears. He is so knowledgeable and thoroughly explained a plan of what to do next and what to expect in a way we could understand. Dr. Trattler is the best! I wish we had more doctors like him in this world that are so knowledgeable, professional, caring and kind.
