Dr. Brown has been seeing my family for years it started with my two older children to seeing everyone in my family he is a very good listener, he doesn't goes off of looks he allows you as the patient to tell him what it might be in your opinion before he makes a diagnosis after ruling out all alternative. Dr. Brown is a great doctor and he takes his profession very seriously everyone that comes to him becomes family member he treats you with CARE.

* Have to wait up to 15 minutes for the receptionists to even answer the phone. * Once they do answer, the service they provide is horrendous and incredibly unprofessional. * I made an appointment with them and the receptionist gave me the wrong address which was 20 minutes away from the right address. * The address they have on google is also the wrong address. * Would NOT recommend.

Dr. Brown is a caring Doctor, his staff needs to be polite , his surgical coordinator has no sense of caring, service or manners . It took a month to get a surgery date, because she forgot, did not follow up and complained of being over worked. She needs extensive training with patient customer service

Dr Brown is a dream! I found him years ago when moving to a new city and he was able to diagnose and treat my chronic ear infections that had gone undiagnosed for over 15 years. I went from getting ear infections every 6 weeks to less than 3 in 5 years. Love love love him!

He is one of the best doctors/surgeons I have ever had. I did a surgery with him . I had done the same surgery with another doctor before, and I wasn’t satisfied with the results so I found Dr. Brown through reviews and recommendations. I ended up doing the surgery with him and I’m completely satisfy with the outcome of the surgery this time. He scheduled a few follow up/post op office visits ( no charge/copay) to check up and make sure everything is fine. Also he is so nice and listeng.
