I highly recommend Dr. Rich and the entire team! The shockwave treatments have helped my carpal tunnel in my wrists so much! They are so knowledgeable and kind. I don't think anywhere else in Miami even has the shockwave therapy machine that he has. It is one of the only non surgical treatments for wrists, shoulders, tennis elbow and it helped my knees a lot too in the past! The sessions are not too expensive and it is the difference between being able to use my hands and wrists and not being in too much pain to even use them.

I've been going to Wynwellness for over a year because of an accident in Jan, 2023. The staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly. I highly recommend them for any injury related PT, or if you simply want a deep tissue massage or adjustment. Thanks to Dr. Rich, Dr. Javier, Krystal, Kenny (Mr.Magic Hands) and Paola for always being so welcoming and friendly.

The team at WYN is great! I was traveling from out of town and they took great care of me. By the time they were done working their magic on me I completely forgot about the 5 hours of flight delays the night before. I will book a massage appointment and adjustment every time I travel to Miami. Thanks, Folks :)

Suffered a patellar tendon rupture last year and have been working with this group of specialists for over 6 months. The attention to care, patience and expertise has significantly increased my recovery time and I am grateful for being able to attend my Dr's appointments knowing I will continue to progress after each visit. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped this far and looking forward to continued care - the shockwave therapy has significantly reduced the atrophy I was experiencing and has me much more confident in my movement.

Tucked inside the Crissfit is this gem of a wellness clinic. Experience and intuitve proffesionals Great guys. Nice vibes all around. Awesome medical massages, PT and thoughtful chiropractic. Whay more can i say? I love coming here.
