She would not sign my 18yo son’s release even after the heart doctor cleared him. He had his first panic attack and she was sooo rude to us. Never visited him. Then billed him for doing nothing for him except hold him for more hours at the hospital. Then sent him to bill collections. No communication. No recourse.

Was admitted for heart problem and she gave me the wrong med, miss diagnosed and dismissed me. I had to go to another hospital for proper care. If this is not your field then you need to find someone who can do the rite thing. Unfortunately the staff knew more than she did. She also ignored what I was trying to tell her, If there were a lower score she would get it
