Staff was very patient and professional with my wife who for the first time in her 37 years of life,had 2 seizures back to back one at home at 5am which she never fully recovered from then, another one when she arrived by EMS around 5:50 am in the E.R room…and also handled very professional and understanding of her being slightly combative while going through the seizures, Oh and also making our admittance and overnight stay very comfortable thank you all!!🤘

Nurses in the back and doctor are great. Great bedside manners. But the ladies upfront, not so patient. Even though I’m sitting here wondering if it’s a color thing. This is a cancer center, I’m expecting happy faces when I walk in. Had an issue where I was asked to pay a co-pay, of course knowing the system I declined it because it wasn’t a visit for co-pay, I was coming in for treatment. Never got an apology and as I’m walking towards the back, here goes them both whispering and looking at me in disgust as if I shouldn’t have said something. I know my rights as a patient. This morning I walk in and the attitudes are the same. I work in public health where I have to conversate with people daily, I understand we all have bad days but really.

This morning I had to have a bone marrow biopsy. I did it in office non sedation! Dr. Steven Siegel is extremely amazing at his job! Believe me, I had high I mean high anxiety going into this. I could not have had a better doctor to do the procedure! He is the amazing man ! <3 this is the doctor you want doing yours if you ever need one! Highly recommend Dr. Steven Siegel for biopsy!
