Due to one nurse, I will never return. My treatment from her was inexcusable. I was taken advantage of due to my inability to speak which was caused by her actions. Overall, the other staff was compassionate and considerate. I was not happy with the lack of communication from the doctor concerning my procedure and problems that occurred during the prep. I have met with a hospital administrator about my concerns and hope they will be addressed.

Everyone one from the time I was admitted into the hospital was kind and considerate. They listened to my concerns and treated me well. I want to praise the nursing staff for all their care and prompt response to the buzzer. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and explained all the procedures and answered all my questions. I also want to praise the housekeeping staff for keeping the hospital spotless. They are the behind the scenes staff that you don’t see but know they were there because of the cleanliness of the hospital. They deserve a lot of praise.
