Chester Messick's Online Review Report Card

I have been with Chester Messick for 10yrs now, the service has always been as expected, orderly, straight forward and thoroughly explained when asked. The nurses are polite, professional and organized. I'm 51 with certain concerns and conditions, he has always discussed the source and prevention to the problems, he is not a pill pusher. Do not expect him to give you what you want, he prescribes under his knowledge, experience and opinions, which is why we go to Dr., for their knowledge, experience and advice. Listen to your Dr! Eat healthy, exercise and do your part!!

Dr. Messick is my new primary care provider. I am so lucky to have him as my doctor. I love, that he tells me everything even if I don't want to hear the truth, I love his honesty. I love when a doctor don't sugarcoat, tell me how it is and tell me how to fix it. He cares and explains everything, which is huge for me being English my second language. If there would be 10 stars I would give him all 10 stars. He is an excellent Doctor in my book.

Terrible doctor, made me feel worthless and also mislead me by telling me he could refill my medicines when I called the office when I was ready to get back on said meds, so I did and he said then that I needed another apt, which is not what we had previously discussed . He’s not any form of a Dr, and I don’t know how he even has patients honestly. So so frustrated and will never be returning !!!

From my first visit until my most recent, Dr C. Messick has always made me feel comfortable. He’s been very professional. He listen , ask questions, and is greatly informative. He takes the time to explain the diagnosis. For the first time I actually had the answers to why my body was reacting in certain ways.

Stared going to Doc. after my last Doctor died (May he RIP) about five years now, I'm really happy with Doc.and all the people who work there, Thank you.

In my opinion not even worth one star.

Staff wonderful. Dr. Messick is thorough, he listens to the patient, and he has a great bedside manner.

This man should not be a doctor. BOTH times that I have come to him, he has made me feel belittled for my health concerns. He talks over me, dismisses any issues that I am having, and makes me feel like a bother. If you are not willing to hear your patients out and take their concerns seriously- whether they are major concerns or not - then you have NO BUSINESS being a doctor! When I stood up to him the second time for how he was treating me, he flat out said I shouldn’t come back! Very unprofessional. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR if you want to be listened to and cared for!

Great physician! Listens and understands pharmaceutical side of diagnosis.

Cynical and rude and really doesn’t want to be bothered by a new patient. Very threatened when a brought my RN wife with me and shut down when we asked any questions. He is just going through the motions and passing the time. If you want a motivated and caring Dr, keep looking. He is not either.
