I HAVE NOW SWITCHED PRIMARY DOCTORS AFTER MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE WITH DR. BANUELOS. IT'S LIKE NIGHT AND DAY HAVING NOW SWITCHED TO ISLAND DOCTORS IN MILTON. WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY THAT THE ENTIRE FORMAT FROM BANUELOS VIP TO ISLAND DOCTORS IS A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU MAKE A CHANGE IF YOU ARE TIRED OF ALL THE HESITANCY OF CARE YOU NEED OR THINK YOU NEED. HUMANA PATIENTS REALLY NEED TO MAKE THE SWTICH AND MAKE IT SOONER THAN LATER........YOU WILL SEE. DR. WILLIAMS IS TRULY THE BEST PRIMARY DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF SEEING AND TALKING TO. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PLACE YOUR HEALTH INTEREST FIRST. I SHOULD HAVE SWITCHED PRIMARY DOCTORS LONG AGO......

Above and beyond personal service and care. They really do care about each patient individually. And have awesome coffee.
Todos son muy amables! Se los recomiendo!
I once worked at this office and was told that as I worked that that my family would be taken care of being insurance wasnt a option... Now that I was let go I have received a 300 bill for my husband who was quote supposed to be family part of the deal.. Now my family is fired from the practice with no letter and now my husband who is in need of medication which cant live without has been denied a visit and I wasnt aware he was even fired... But apparantly I was left a voice mail which is in no way professional... so this experience for this office was horrible
I am bipolar and have been so for the past 20 years, but unmedicated for most of it. I went to a psych doctor that ended up doing more harm than good and I was deep into one of the most severe depressive episodes I had ever endured. 2 years of isolating myself, not eating, sleeping or in bed every moment I was home. Dr Banuelos is the kind of doctor that sets the standard for others, he has such a caring bedside manner and I truly feel he cares. He prescribed me a new medicine for depression and its only been two weeks and I am already heading back to my old self!! It is so nice to have hope once again. He saved my life
Months ago took 4 days to get a prescription. Had to keep calling. That was not a vital med, so let it go. Had 2 ER visits for bronchitis over holidays, then had to have another visit for IM meds. So I called to talk to nurse on Thursday am, to see if I should be checked out before the weekend. Wanted to avoid another expensive ER visit. She called me back at 5:30 Friday afternoon. Worthless effort, as they were closed then. I have excellent insurance, and pay my portions promptly.
I am looking for a doctor for my family. I arrived at 9am for an 9:30 appt. they asked me to come 15 mins earlier to complete paperwork. I decided to come a little earlier so it would not be a hectic morning for them or myself. I completed the paperwork in about ten mins. I was called back about 8:25ish ( I wasn't really eyeballing the time) and completed checkin. I was placed in a room that I sat in for 30 mins before deciding to leave. When I arrived at 9 am I did not see any other patients or cars leading to me think they were busy. If anything, I was happy because I thought I may be in and out of here. I looked at the time about 9:53am. I decided if someone did not come in soon I was not going to stay somewhere where my time is also considered important. No one ever came in and I walked out of the room at 9:59. I had been at the office for an hour that had no other noticeable patients. Doctors ask us to respect their time. I have the same expectations as I too work. Time is money for both the Doctor and myself. As I proceeded to leave and notify the front desk as to why, the response was okay. Patients get billed for when missing an appointment, have to be rescheduled if more then 15 mins late, etc... But when my appointmented time at 8:30 was not met within a reasonable 15 min wait or even a notification by an office member (or doctor himself) that he may be a little late to tend to me, that is where I realize that I am not important to this doctor as a new patient. I do not know if the doctor is a good doctor or not. I choose him because his reviewed seemed to be decent. But as I noticed him at his desk at 9:59 am as I walked out, it did not seem he was in a hurry to say anything to me waiting in a room for 30 mins. One thing I noticed in the check in room a cup that said "don't mistake your google research for my medical degree" Not sure if that has anything to do with what type of doctor he could or could not be. I felt that I was not of importance to this doctor.
Dr Banuelos took care of my Daughter and I love how easy it is to get a sick appointment and the wait time is minimal. Office staff is also good at what they do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
