Dr. Fountain and his medical assistant were rude and condescending. I returned to his practice after 2 years of travel nursing for a general physical. At the time I also had a headache. When I explained this, I was treated like a leper. I was informed that the office would not be closed down because of me. I was given an order for a covid test even though I had no signs of covid and was refused a physical exam. My very elevated blood pressure was ignored and i was rapidly escorted out the door. A total waste of my time. I will never return to this practice.

He has been my doctor for years, but when I came down with covid 19, my insurance company sent him a fax asking for a projected return to work date.. He told the lady who handles insurance for his office that the he did not approve short term disability claims for covid, even though the claim was initiated by my company, and already approved by my insurance. Then he would not return my phone calls and even canceled an appointment I had made to see him because "there is nothing to discuss". All he had to do was let my insurance know an approximate return to work date and I would have been paid. He is arrogant. He should stick to medicine and let the professionals in the front office deal with insurance.

I like Dr Fountain and his staff. Anytime I need to see my Dr. They always get me in immediately. His staff is very professional and organized. They treat you like a family member. Dr. Fountain answers all my questions and gets to the problem and works on a solution. He will stay with you through all that you have going on til you are well and back to your life as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fountain if getting well is what your looking for.

I see Dr. Fountain in Milton, FL. He has an excellent rapport with me and always takes the time to listen to whatever questions or concerns I have at the time. I've never felt rushed and I trust his comments and advice. I would recommend Dr. Fountain to anyone.

My father is 91 years old with early stage Alzheimer’s and a few other problems that’s normal for the elderly. Each appointment I have taken him to has convinced me he likes healthy patients without real problems. Today I was discussing a concern I had about my dad’s health and possibly needing a piece of DME. I he did was complain about the paperwork Medicare requirements calls for. Looking for a new Dr.!

I have used him for a few years, even before he moved to Milton, Fl. I followed him from Dothan, Al. I found him to be very professional and through. He helped me with my problems and so far they have been under control. I don’t mind the 2 hour drive ever 6 mos. for follow up when I can get the right care for my medical problem.

I have never met a more thorough and personable Doctor in my life! Dr. Fountain made me feel at ease and very comfortable. It's hard to find a doctor like him these days! So if you want to be treated as a person and not just another appointment, I suggest giving him a try. I promise you won't be sorry!
