List of Lesley Walsh's Reviews
This Dr. has zero compassion for people in pain. There are so many other good Dr’s to see from the practice, reschedule with one of the caring Dr’s. Sure she has fresh idea’s for people in pain, because she has no empathy for the person living with it! I wouldn’t even want this one working at the morgue. She’s definitely in the wrong field of expertise to be so uncaring.

Dr Walsh provided an excellent explanation of my wife’s back problems and what she would recommend. After conferring with other doctors based on her assessment, she did a tfesi and the very next day my wife felt so much better. Dr Walsh has her patients well-being and comfort of utmost importance and takes time to explain in detail so her patients feel comfortable with her decisions. Would recommend her to anyone!
This was my initial visit with Dr Walsh and it went well. She answered all my questions and provided a lot of information. She also scheduled an MRI for me which was done the same day. That's pretty amazing. I am due for an SCS implant very soon.
She is fantastic
It was horrendous trying to get pain relief with nothing offered but bad, ineffective nerve blocks. Dr. Walsh is a sweet person but is not skilled in pain management. She was not my first pain management physician so I know the skills that are desirable and Dr. Walsh unfortunately does nothing have it. It takes forever for a response from her through phone calls and MyChart. The whole thing was exasperating. Dr. Walsh’s nerve blocks were terribly painful and a year later, I still feel the pain from her method when I sit. I understand Dr. Walsh has moved on to torture patients and keep them in pain somewhere else but the doctor Ochsner referred me to was just as incompetent. Good riddance Ochsner pain management specialists, which are anything but.
I was a patient of Dr Walsh until she moved away which was well over 5 years. Dr Walsh in my opinion was a great doctor but overall she was a kind, considerate and very caring. She always took her time when she came in the room, let me voice all my concerns & complaints. Always tried to help me lessen the pain I was dealing with which is chronic an a lot. I was very sad to hear she was moving away. I’m still trying to adjust to the new pain management dr I have now. I Would go back to her in a second.
I've been dealing with Dr. Walsh since 2016. My disease pathology is very unique and difficult. Dr. Walsh took the time to understand my disease and formulate the best treatment for me. She always answers my messages in a timely fashion and has always been accommodating of my needs as this disease ebbs and flows. Her care has lifted a great weight off of my family's shoulders and I'm so grateful to have her as my doctor.
Listened to me. Genuinely cares. Compassionate. Understands chronic pain & is clearly invested in helping me to have an improved quality of live. Discusses options with me & values my concerns. Her treatment plans are working. My life is getting better. She tailors care very individually.
I have been seeing Dr. Walsh for more than three years now. I find her to be extremely pleasant, friendly, excellent in her expertise as a doctor. She has performed two surgeries on me and several procedures to help me with my neuropathy pain. I always feel welcome in her office. I enjoy seeing Dr. Walsh because she is always ready to hear everything I need to say and offers me wonderful ways to help me with my pain.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
