The doctor is very nice and listens to my concerns and addresses them all before leaving the room. The office staff is very polite and friendly during check in and check out. Will definitely recommend this office to family members and friends.

Very nice place. Dr. B. is very nice and takes time to listen to your concerns. Sandra upfront is very friendly and opened the door for me before I even walked into the office. Belinda the office manager is always there to take care of my needs. The nurse that is working there is also very nice and polite. Glad i made the switch to Vipcare.

Love this office- i bring my mother here, her primary language is spanish so she loves that Sandra and Dr Banuelos speak it fluently. Belinda and Kayla are also very kind.

I used to think that this doctor was caring and compassionate which I loved because it's hard to find doctors like that. No matter the situation, this man offered to put me on a medication to help me sleep that i have been on for over 20 years, then when I called about my refill, he got hateful on the phone, made a statement, then slammed the phone down as he hung up. Up until this happened, the entire office with the exception of 1 nurse, was very polite and had made me feel important and cared for. This recent incident on May 27,2022 was very unprofessional, and I since this has happened found out that the entire incident was illegal because there are severe withdrawals when this particular medication is just stopped. The 1st red flag went up when I called for a refill on my fluid pill and the head nurse advised me that it's not a long term use medication so he wouldn't fill them but I found out not even 2 minutes later that it had in fact already been filled and had been filled before I spoke to her. So there is a lack of communication there as well. Good luck.

I totally recommend VIP care to everyone who is in need of medical advice and attention. Dr. Banuelos is courteous, knowledgeable & dependable. Staff is courteous, reliable &extra helpful. Do yourself a favor, go see him.
