anyone know where dr fraley went?

He's a great listener.. he's caring and thinks outside the box. Yes he's busy and hard to get in to see, but i don't think that's his fault. I've seen many doctors but i like that he listens and genuinely wants to help. He's knowledgeable and open. Never had a bad experience with him.

I've been seeing Dr Fraley for a while. Maybe 5-6 years. He's a really good Dr! The staff is great too. Dr Fraley listens, is patient, caring and will work with you as far as trying other natural things before meds. I feel very blessed to have him as my Dr.

Dr. Charles Fraley of Rancho Family Medical Group has been my Primary Care Physician since I moved to Temecula in 2011. He is an outstanding doctor who truly cares about his patients. He takes his time when you go in to see him and I trust him explicitly for all my health needs and concerns. However, if I need to see him and he is not available I have no problem seeing one of the doctors on his staff! All of his staff from front office to doctors and nurses are the absolute best! They all have my confidence and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Fraley doesn't deserve ANY stars!!!!! He misdiagnosed my heart condition not once but twice, left me to worry about it for more than 2 months, I couldn't get a hold of him for almost 2 months, and never admitted his mistakes or researched it any further!!!!!! He was such an arrogant coward that he couldn't face me, or simply say "I'm sorry I screwed up'!!!!! He was late to see me during EVERY single visit to his office, AND ONE TIME KEPT ME WAITING FOR NEARLY 40 MINUTES, and yet, he 'adamantly' refused to see me for my appointment, although I needed a resolution for my heart condition, and he was made aware of it numerous times, just because I was late to my appointment inside 10-15 minutes, he used it a shallow unfounded excuse just so he doesn't have to face me!!!!!! I tried to call the office to tell them that I was running late due to heavy traffic --but their office closes from 12:00-1:00 PM, and there is no way you can reach them during that time --which is stupid and ridiculous!!!!! He's good at giving you the 'POLITICALLY CORRECT' 'lip service' and telling you 'what you want to hear' --but other than that, God help you because apparently, Dr. Fraley can't! Do yourself a favor and stay away from him and his office!

If there is a negative 5-star rating, I would give it to Dr. Fraley, as he doesn't even deserve a 'zero star'! He misdiagnozed my heart condition, and never admitted his mistake or researched it any further! He did 2 EKG's --and misdiagnozed them both --and still didn't want to admit that he screwed up --and not admitting that the Cardioologist was right and he was 'dead' wrong, which is pretty appropriate as he had me stressed for more than 2 months --in addition to stopping a scheduled surgery that I had to do on my nose! I filed a complaint with the Medical Boiard and I hope he gets reprimanded for his wrong doing! He was late to see me during every single visit to his office, and yet, he 'adamantly' refused to see me today although I needed a resolution for my heart condition, and he was made aware of it numerous times, just because I was late to my appointment inside 15 minutes! Got me in quickly. Nice staff. Seemed very through. Would recommend this office to other people who are looking for a new PCP.
