Fresenius Kidney Care Clermont's Online Review Report Card

I have the best workers here. They treat u like family. Nurses and staff are excellent.

I received a missed call from telephone number 3522431200 at 11.33 am while I was at work. So once I got on my lunch break I decided to call the number back just in case it was an emergency or something. I dialed extension 210 to speak to the receptionist to see why I may have received a call from them. A woman answers and tells me that This is Clermont Dialysis I am not familiar with what Dialysis Centers are so I ask the woman Exactly what do you do here I received a missed call from this number. She interrupts me and says we are Clermont dialysis maam and before I can ask her anything else she hangs up on me. Naturally one would be shocked by this especially seeing as Im calling just to ask a few questions and Im being polite.So I call back and I ask her what her name is she irrationally responds with I have made a complaint to the [incomprehensible] manager and he has your number. What is your deal with calling us something along those lines I ask her what her name is again and she says that she is the Office Manager and she has made the complaint. Then she hangs up againBy this time Im really upset because I am a customer calling your place of business to ask a question. I wasnt rude nor was I raising my voice.  I have worked in Customer Service for several years so I understand that listening to the caller is important and that you should never be rude. I call back one last time to let her know that I am unhappy with the way she has treated me and she says maam quit calling here. We called you and we apologize for the inconvenience. I tell her that is besides the point and the way she has treated me today is unprofessional and that I will be writing a poor review on this company and tell the BBB about this. Before I could even finish this sentence she hung up again.Someone like that shouldnt be working in Customer Service Im astounded that this happened.
