I was taken to the emergency room in excruciating pain, and the decision was made to operate on me. I can honestly say that I received exceptional treatment from Dr Iglesias and his team. His highly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate care restored my health: tiny incisions that are healing perfectly; no pain whatsoever, thus, no medication needed after the procedure. He was fantastic during the pre-op, post-op and follow-up visit. His office staff Karen, Pam, Mercedes, are awesome, too! Dr Iglesias is very personable, talks to the patient, actually checks on you. He answers all the questions, and explains every detail. I am highly satisfied by his care and treatment. For Dr Iglesias, patients come first. He doesn't treat diseases, he treats people. He is an amazing surgeon and a great human being. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! I feel blessed that God put him in my path, and I am immensely grateful to him. Dr. Pombo and Dr. Iglesias never truly appeared to really care, period. They seemed like they were to busy and couldn't be bothered. They kept putting off performing gallbladder surgery on me. Afterwards, Dr. Iglesias met with me and informed me he would do the surgery. When the day came for surgery they had pawned it off to yet another associate doctor whom I had never met. Imagine how I felt as the patient!? Dr. Pombo, Dr. Iglesias, and these actions took the wind out of my sail, so much so, that I decided that I would not let them do it any longer. I will find other doctors that will keep me appropriately informed, that will not pass me around like a piece of meat, and who will care for me the patient..

I went to the emergency room and found out that I had to have surgery. Dr. Iglesias provided excellent care, was very attentive and informative. He has a compassionate way of caring for his patients. His office staff provided excellent service with a great attitude as well. I would like to say that the hospital staff at Memorial Miramar could not have been better. Thank you all for caring.

When Dr. Iglesias came into my room and explained what the situation was and that I would be having surgery within the next hour, I was shocked. He assured me at that time and prior to going into the operating room, that everything would be ok. When leaving the operating room and seeing his smile and him telling me that I could soon have my cup of coffee that I had begged for most of the day, I knew all was well. I want to also mention that all the hospital employees that cared for me, did an excellent job. Upon my postop visit both Dr. Iglesias and his office staff were caring, compassionate and detailed about my medical care. I would highly recommend Dr. Iglesias, his office staff and the Memorial Miramar Hospital employees. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you all.

Dr. Iglesias removed my gallbladder at Memorial Hospital Miramar. Throughout the entire process Dr. Iglesias and staff at the office and hospital were exceptional. He took the time needed to explain the procedure and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend his services. Thank you Dr. Iglesias and staff.

Dr. Iglesias is an Amazing Doctor, and Amazing Person, he thrives in saving life’s everyday! He has a great bedside manner, very professional, knowledgeable and personable. My mom and I both had to have colon surgery and he saved both our lives. Thank you Dr. Iglesias we never forget your devotion, dedication and hard work. I recommend him highly.
