I am disappointed with the way Dr. Alexander Nguyen and his secretary managed my appointments. There was a lack of coordination and communication, resulting in inconvenience for me as a patient. I expected them to take responsibility for their mistake and be flexible, but instead, they appeared inflexible and unhelpful. Effective scheduling and efficient management are essential in a medical practice, and I hope they reflect on this feedback and make improvements for a better patient experience.

Dr. Nguyen was very kind and understanding. He was very professional and explained my knee issues and x-ray reading. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone who needs to see an orthopedic doctor.

I have 10 years living is US and for problems in my right knee I have visited a lot of orthopedic doctors and the Dr. Alexander Nguyen is one of the best doctor that I have saw in his specialty and as him patient I am very happy, because he is very professional, has a lot of knowledge, evaluates many aspects of the patient, asks very intelligent questions about the patient's clinic to find the best possible treatment.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, from the front desk to the nurses, everyone greets you with a smile. My condition remained the same after my consultation so I reached back. Its not easy to get a hold of them specially on a Monday morning, it can be frustrating specially when you are in pain. But I got a call back after a few minutes and Dr. Nguyen referred me to another Doctor that takes my insurance. They even emailed the office manager to make sure I got an appointment asap. Great job.

Awful doctor. Awful office staff. Don't return phone calls or messages. Was pawned off on this doctor by another doctor in the group. He is a new doctor and I guess they are trying to build his patient base. So you would wonder why with a small patient base 12 days after me reaching out for follow-up it took me using expletives on My Chart to get this doctor to respond. Nurse never got back to me as promised. Office manager ghosted me when I asked to be transferred to another doctor. Run as far away and as fast as you can from this doctor and this group.
