The manager of this office is horribly rude, nasty and unprofessional!

Llevo 4 años atendiéndome con la dr Alicia es muy buena te da todas las explicaciones que necesites, tiene muy buena ética de trabajo pero el personal de oficina principalmente la recepcionista y una aprendiz qué hay tienen muy mal carácter tratan muy mal a las pacientes yo tuve muy mala experiencia, espero solucionen el problema,

I can only say wonderful things about Doctor Alicia.She is the most professional gynecologist I have ever seen.She takes the time to bound with the patient and makes sure that the patient understands everything that is going on.She is super sweet and effective in her diagnosis and prescription, follows up.... I am changing my medical ensurance this year and making sure she accepts my new one in order to continue with her as my specialist. I would just make a recommendation based in my own experience and all the previous review I found ,the front desk needs to improve her manners because is causing a damaged to the doctor's image and that's not fair.The Doctor needs someone who matches her level of professionalism and kindness.

Staff is super rude making it very difficult to make appointments or have a normal conversation without recieving tons of attitude. Now the doctor she's great but who you hire is a reflection of her and her company. 3 stars for the doctor 0 stars for the front desk lady's

DR. Acon Does not care about her patients. It took me a long time to write this review since my last visit. But I have to say I am very disappointed. My first visit with Doc Acon I explained to her that my fiancé and I want to have a baby but I have fibroids at that time I didn’t know much about fibroids I had just recently been told I had 2 very small. DR. Acon advice was to get pregnant before my wedding which was over a year away, she explained that if I wait my fibroids could grow and then I would need surgery to get them removed and have to wait a year and because I am almost 40 the clock was ticking for me. So I took her advice I did ask her were there any other options and she told me this was the best option if I want to get pregnant. I had serval other visits with her and still not pregnant so my concern grew, my main focus was pregnancy. One of my appointments I said to her can we check to see if my fibroids have grown. I didn’t understand why my doc wouldn’t have suggested for them to be checked because it was over a year since I had them checked and she knew what the goal was. Then I went back once I found out and she comes in and goes so what brings you in today. I said my fibroids grew and she goes are you trying to have a baby ? That’s when I knew I was just another number. She didn’t care, The only thing I ever spoke about with her was having a child and she couldn’t even remember that. So why would she think to check for my fibroids or give me other alternatives that I could do but she never mentioned to me. I asked her about the other alternatives she never mentioned and she had an excuse for that as well. When I told her how I felt there was no emotion or sympathy. She doesn’t care about her patients.

Very kind staff and office manager but I don’t trust the doctor that much

The worst front desk staff ! Even if you have Medicaid you done deserve this low class customer service from the manager and girls in the front. The doctor is good but her front desk staff is pure garbage so rude and unprofessional

The doctor herself is really friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. However after dealing with the ignorant, rude front desk girl and office manager, I’ve chosen not to return. Seeing the doctor is not worth having to deal with the front desk girl.

I have been seeing Dr Acon for a little over a year, as a doctor I believe she is kind and caring, and she genuinely tries to help you out, however her one of her staff members which is the older lady in the front desk is probably one of the most disrespectful and distasteful human beings I have ever met in my life, she makes fun of patients in Spanish, she is not helpful, she talks in a nasty manner, she talks over you and speaks loudly to you. Apointments are NEVER EVER on time and once Dr sees you its a 5 to 10 minute appointment. Overall I would not recommend even though Dr Alicia is very sweet,. I must say that the YOUNG ladies at her office are very sweet, kind and caring, as for the other lady I think she needs needs to humble herself

I normally dread the gynecologist but today’s visit went well. The staff and Dr . Acon made me feel comfortable. They were friendly , I have no complaints.
