worst office if i could zero i would glasses ready for 5 days no call and no offices manager go to another practice so unprofessional

I have been seeing Dr P since I was 8. I can’t tell you how much I truly adore him. He’s so kind and helpful. It’s been over 30 yrs and he’s has never changed. He was my parents Doctor as well and was so sad to hear when they passed. He is helpful and fair and I look forward to bringing my kids in to see him

I have been Dr Popper’s patient for many years. He has a very sincere friendly hands approach towards his patients. He’s thorough with his exam and doesn’t rush you out. Rather he wants to understand any changes and issues that you are having with your eyes so he can properly analyze and correct your circumstances. He’s fair, honest and straightforward. Clearly during his exam he adds personal conversation about your family , current events and what is happening today which enhances the overall eye exam experience. He really does care!!!! He trains his staff very well as they are all also friendly and have the same genuine caring attitude towards their patients. You never feel like you are just another person there . Each are focused ( pun intended!) on you at that moment while they do their part in your eye exam visit which does provide a sense of comfort and trust. If you live or work in the South Broward area and you are in need of a very experienced, qualified , thorough, energetic and friendly Optometrist and optical products location I highly recommend Dr David Popper and Eye Works in Miramar, FL. You will not be disappointed...

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses from Dr. Pappas office. The Temple of my prescription glasses came loose. I placed the temple in the location I thought I could locate. After numerous attempts to find the temple, I could not locate. I went back to Doctor poppers office to get a replace under my warranty. But was told by technician I couldn't get it replaced under my warranty unless I had the missing temple. I was told l needed to repurchase a new pair of glass since I do not have the missing piece to the glasses. What's the sense of having a warranty, if they're not willing to except it. I then receive a call from Dr Popper who explained that certain companies has polices in place to a get a part replace one need to send all parts. I guess if I had a false eye and it fell out I will need to find that eye to have replace. Anyway Jokes side I want to thank Dr Popper for reaching out to me on getting my glasses replace. I would give 10 ********** stars but there no options. I highly recommend Dr Popper as he is honest and really cares about whatever problems.

I have been going to Dr. Popper's office for more than fifteen years and each time I leave the office very satisfied. I like the fact that Dr. Popper takes time to listen to my concerns and present solutions to my issues. His staff is very nice.
