The Miramar office is great. The staff is excellent Luz Helena, Jane ans Yessenia. Zulema the RNPN is a great person and professional. They are taling care my two kids since 2014 and they are for me the best neurology office in town. They always take the time to explain the treatments. I highly recommend the Miramar office

Very happy with Dr. Diana Martinez after our first visit with our teenage daughter. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The intake nurse was kind and patient. Dr. Martinez spent a full hour with us, and wasn't too quick to prescribe medication. She recommended a homeopathic alternative respecting our desire to keep our daughter off of a lot of medications. She was thorough and compassionate, and we will definitely return for a follow-up.

We have seen Dr. Martinez twice now. Both times her obvious concern and care about what is going on with my son was more than obvious. She explained options clearly in language this non-Doc could easily understand. She treated my 9 year old with respect, spoke to him as a person and took his answers seriously and with kindness. As someone with chronic medical issues, I have seen my share of doctors. Dr. Martinez is at the top of my list for her very kind and sincere patient care. We were not rushed and she took time to get to know us. Her office staff get top ratings, too. These people are busy but never let us feel that they did not have time for us.

Dr. Martinez is the most thorough, understanding neurologist I’ve had in my life. After suffering from migraines for nearly all of my life, seeing one neurologist after the other, my family found Dr. Martinez. Not only did she listen to my symptoms and concerns, she offered a fantastic treatment plan that has so far seen me through 2+ months of migraine-free days for the first time in over a decade. I cannot thank her enough for her treating my migraines.

Dr. Martinez is amazing. She has helped my son so much with his headaches. She took her time explaining his diagnosis and spent time with both of us to identify triggers and give us advice on diet and activity. Not only was she thorough but she has a great bedside manner. My 7 year old loves her. I love her and highly recommend her!

Dr. Martinez is AMAZING! My child’s first visit was completely different from any other office visit we have ever been to. From the very first moment of walking into suite 415 I knew I couldn’t have picked a better place for my son to be seen! Everything was done in a timely manner! We were called back by the sweetest lady in even before our appointment time. Dr. Martinez came in with so much positive energy made both my son and I feel very comfortable! She was absolutely wonderful with the way she interacted with my son! Dr. Martinez spent plenty of time in the room as well as helping the nice lady find the next appointment that works for both my son and I. Start to finish I am beyond pleased! I want to thank Dr. Martinez and ALL of her staff in Joe Di Maggio Children’s Hospital Neuroscience Center of Miramar!

Great doctor, very thorough. Listens to concerns

We visited Dr. Martinez because our son had chronic migraines. She spend over half hour asking questions and checking our son. It was a relieve for us to see the doctor's interest and the way she and her staff worked. This was our first time and it was just great! We recommend her

Trying to get an appointment with Dr. Martinez has always been a challenge. When calling, you're left on hold for a long time, and then when someone finally answers, they tell you there's no availability in 3-4 months, and that the schedule is not even open, so you have to call back at a later date. Finally, we called and were directed to schedule the appointment online. We finally got an appointment 3 months out. (we called in October, appointment was for end of January). We get to the doctor's office, to be told that my son's appointment was cancelled by the system. The receptionist, Luz Helena Rodriguez, was extremely rude, unapologetic, cold and even sarcastic. She even dared to blame me for the cancellation. As if I'm going there because I want to! She didn't care that I had been waiting for months to take my son to see the doctor, she didn't even offered to talk to the doctor. I had to request that she did so, and she said the doctor was too busy at the moment, and that she was booked for the whole day. She offered to schedule another appointment two months out. So by the time Dr. Martinez sees my son it would have been 5 months since I tried to schedule the appointment. It is completely ridiculous! The way I was treated is completely appalling. We went there because my son needs to be seen by a specialist, and there's no need to be dismissed and disregarded the way we were by Helena.

Dr. Martinez was outstanding.. Left her office feeling confident that we found the answers for my daughter. Very thereal with her exam and treatment plan. Communicated with my daughter of her plan and expectation. We (daughter and I) left Dr. Martinez knowing that we found a Doctor who heard our concerns and truley gave us the time and answers we were looking for.
