Desafortunadamente no busque informacion de la clinica ni lei los reviews antes de ir de lo contrario no me hubiese atrevido. Pesima atencion en todos los aspectos. Una falta de respeto el mal trabajo y la falta de profesionalismo especialmente de la “NP” Ilen Diaz. No conozco el trabajo del Dr.Flores pero para considerar que trabajadoras como Ilen Diaz y otros del staff ejersan bajo su nombre deja una imagen pesima.

Si pudiese dejar 0 lo hiciera por favorrrr no vallan a ver al Dr Francisco Flores y mucho menosss a la Nurse practioner que quede claro ella no es dermatologa Ilen Diaz no sabe lo que esta haciendo un simple prosedimiento de remover un lunar y suturar lo hace incorrecto se abren las suturas antes de tiempo me paso a mi con ella en la oficina de Hialeah y conozco mas personas que le ha pasado ademas ahi todoo el personal es rudo eso realmente es una factoria no un consultorio medico

The Doctor is very good unfortunately his staff starting with the receptionist that gives the appointment and including the nurses line is impossible to reach them. They don’t answer the phone my insurance tries to contact them and it’s impossible. The Dr. should be aware that the inefficiency of his staff will make patients go to a different dermatologist. This situation is very frustrating bc it is affecting the well being of the patients.

La primera vez que vine me hicieron esperar 2hrs cuando me atendió el doctor ni se tomo la molestia de explicarme en detalle no estuve ni 2 minutos en el consultorio lo pasé para la segunda cita llegué unos minutos más tarde y no me quisieron atender aun haciendole saber que mi procedimiento era de un par de minutos. Soy hijo de medico y que lastima ver cómo la medicina es solo Un negocio sin atención humana

I really don’t understand why all these bad reviews maybe is because people like to complain about everything. I have been with Dr. Flores for several procedures for the past 2 years. I really like the way he works quickly known what hes doing. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr Flores is friendly and very knowledgeable. However the office staff in unprofessional rude and they never return calls. They are disorganized and they are horrible coordinating procedures. Don’t waste your time and money avoid yourself the headache.
