Dr. Kramer had no patience with me when I explained my situation with severe muscle spasm and pain. Then he left the room after a few minutes with no explanation. Also there was no further discussion on what medication I should take after having the steroid and anti-inflammatory injections administered by the nurse. No one deserves this kind of brush-off!

He rushed me through the visit barely giving me time to tell him what was going on with my knee. When he gave the diagnosis his tone was as if he was thinking "I've said this a millions times. You're just another person complaining about knee pain. I'm tired of explaining this." He stood up, walked to the door and put his hand on the door handle while we were still in the middle of talking about what I should do. Don't waist your time going to him. He clearly doesn't care.
