List of Li Zhu's Reviews
I have been struggling to find a doctor. It is my belief that post COVID medical providers are so burnt out they’ve all lost their sense of kindness and attention to their patients. Gaslighting me every step of the way BUT NOT, Dr. Zhu. She is thorough and listens to her patients, I trust her wholeheartedly with my care and treatment. I’m fortunate to of had found her. I recommend her to anyone searching for a PCP!
Wonderful caring Doctor. Been seeing her for 12 years and think she is knowledgeable, kind understanding, will listen to you, and help with whatever problem mental or physical you have a need for.
Never rushed always cared about Great Doctor
Informed, kind, patient. Always seen in timely fashion.
The most caring and professional doctor i have ever had. She really listens. I travel quite far to see her.
The lack of personal touch an the overuse of her laptop are problematic.
I've been seeing Dr. Zhu for 2 1/2 years. She is very knowledgeable and uses her laptop as a checklist. I believe that IBM came up with that program. She will listen to what I have to say and I have found her recommendations to be spot on. She will push you to take better care of yourself but, is that something you should complain about? Good Doctor.
I think she is awesome! She listens and is totally willing to learn from her patients, unlike most doctors who have over 20 years of experience but haven't learned anything new since graduating medical school and think they know everything. She saved me from an adrenal crisis when an endocrinologist with 30 years of experience told me that he did not believe in secondary adrenal insufficiency (I guess this wasn't taught in endocrinology class 30 years ago) and refused to help me. She is always very warm and cheerful and willing to order any tests you think may be helpful in helping you get a proper diagnosis, unlike other doctors who simply want to treat your symptoms.
This lady although seemingly caring does not to know what t do. I think she leaves the exam room to check her medical manuals. She did not perform a prostrate exam stating she had small fingers. I had to prepare my understanding of my condition to be able to give the doctor clues on how to treat me. I asked her the side effects of a med gave me and she check her lap top web site. Why order a med if you have no clue as to side effects. The nurse aid had trouble taking blood pressure and had issues with her lap top and ignored me. Dr Zhu belongs to greater Bristol Group which also has had issues with their providers. Many good ones have left town. Leaving this practice as soon as I can. Best advice to anyone, go somewhere else.
I went to Dr Zhu today for my annual checkup. I have always had anxiety about going to the Dr, and today was no different. Instead of being kind about it, this Dr told me I was extremely overweight (I weigh 149 lbs and am 66 inches) and that I needed to prove myself to her and all sorts of other things and then decided that she couldn't treat me anymore. She said I was difficult so she refused to give me anymore treatment. She then proceeded to tell me that I obviously need some serious psychiatric help, because I was crying. She then marched into the waiting room to tell my waiting mother to take me to a therapist and that she wouldn't treat me anymore because I was difficult. I can see from one of the other reviews on here that she has dropped patients for no good reason before. I most definitely do not recommend this doctor. She is rude and does not seem to care about her patients at all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
