Should be no stars. I needed forms completed for my lawyer waiting for judge for Disability ARNP Valen Davis refused to complete them I called my law firm then she ran out of the room said shes getting a case manager a nurse came in I explained I need the forms done and this was my 3rd visit which my lawyer said was required time she still refused. Then I went to check out and was told by Hispanic woman at desk to wait in wait area privacy since she was checking out a Hispanic male patient so went to wait area then called to front desk in front of everyone asked why not done privately like other male patient the other lady at front desk said it is and I said no the other patient was in private not me said I felt discrimination cause I am White female and asked whos in charge she said nobody refused to give name I said this will all be reported and HIPPA violations names left at front desk sign in page also Valen Davis said SS Dr needs to see me and sign these I explained denied and attorney needs the forms to help my case its just stuff about what I can and cant do still refused l. I also told her I need test strips but she put lancets this is the second mistake she made. Then they gave me referral to Optometrist but already seen one prior to opthmalogist I explained the Dr there needs to see me for surgery clearance for cataracts the front desk said they had to tell the Dr what was needed so guess he doesnt know his job either. I will see new ARNP or try new location but still they dont care about the patients I will be filing a complaint and contacting legal aide they are supposed to help not hurt others and this upset me wasted my time. Forgot the dark haired front desk lady threw my referral to Legal aid in the shredder box and I pointed this out to her then she took it out and asked someone what to do with it really whole staff needs to be changed. I trusrt in the Lord over man and He will take care of this God is in charge.

Today I had the pleasure of being attended by Vivian Ventura she was very professional informative and kind. Im even more grateful now that we are going through this pandemic. This shows that theres still good people in this world in the hard times we are living in. Thank you again Ms.Vivian i recommend everyone to go to this place for your personal care

Staff is always friendly when you call or visit. Clinicians are genuinely concerned about my health and well being and do not rush me during my appointment whatsoever. I highly recommend Memorial Primary Care West Miramar

Best experience ever at any Care Center. The staff is very kind and genuinely concerned about your wellbeing. Dr. Sharif is a godsend and makes you feel like a friend not just her patient.

Having recently moved to the area I needed a new PCP. At my first appointment with Cathy Levinson she referred me to a dermatologist to have my skin checked I am extremely fair and have a lot of freckles and moles. Cathy was the first doctor to ever do this and thanks to Cathy two precancerous moles were found before they turned into something more serious. She takes the time and care to make sure her patients dont leave with any questions or concerns and I certainly dont mind the 30 minute drive for that kind of care.

Took my mom for her 1st visit at this location today and it was a great experience. Dr Cathy and staff were very friendly professional informative and took their time to assist my mom. I also love the fact that it wasnt a long wait time to see the doctor

Great experience with both Dr.Mora and Dr. Levison.Staff is great quick responses to questions through Mychart.Felt the Doctors Take the time discussing your concerns and try to help in as many ways as possible.I would definitely recommend.

One of the best primary care centers I have visited. All the staff is very efficient and well trained. Dr. Mora is my PCP and I also have had the pleasure of being attended by Catherine Levinson his ARNP. Very professional listens to all of your concerns. The medical center is really clean modern and they used a great amount of technology to keep you informed of all your medical information. Overall a great experience.

Clean conveniently placed office for Memorial Healthcare systems located on Pembroke Road in the same plaza near the Publix. They accept several insurances and the staff is always friendly with little turnover as they recognized me after not being there in a little over a year and a half. As for the medical staff its been a mixed bag. Ive had severe issues with one of the MDs on site but he is no longer there. I had self diagnosed a kidney stone I am a health professional and he insisted it was musculoskeletal pain. Ended up in the ER three weeks after with a stone. Asides from him the other two MDs Ive had Dr. De Freitas and Dr. Mora have been excellent. Dr. Mora does take his time with patients so if you are going to see him book an early appointment and expect to go in a little late and you have to book him a good three months in advance. All in all a wellrun facility. Gave it a 4 due to my negative experience in the past being such a big one but thats all.
