I’ve been seeing Dr Davis and Michelle for over 2 years now. Always listens and compassionate. Michelle truly cares about her patients and it shows. I trust her decision’s and she takes very good care of me.

She is the best nurse practitioner I have ever come across

Michelle is one of the best practitioners I have ever used. She is a great listener and will the spend the time needed to give great advice and recommendations. She truly cares about her patients and it shows.

I have two words to describe Michele and that is she "TRULY CARES"... That means so much in a time most doctors don't even spend 5 minutes with you at that and unfortunately you're just an insurance payment... not a real person. With Michele comes in, sits down, never makes you feel rushed, you feel safe and confident taking to her and asking any questions and never feeling like your being lectured or talked down to. She actually LISTENS and answers your question in how that question and answer addresses your specific concern. I would never ever consider going to anyone or anywhere else. Thank you Michele for my life.

Michelle knows her stuff and shares it very well. Once in the examination room she shows her into in helping my situation. She is knowledgeable and resourceful.

First visit had trigger point injections for severe back pain with Dr. Davis. He was non-compassionate with no bedside manner. Injections didn’t help. Second visit waited an hour and half without being seen and walked out. Third visit, they couldn’t find my CT results they ordered. Kept asking me ifI was sure I did the CT????? Finally, ARNP came in, talked so fast, and told me they could find no reason for me to be in so much pain. She asked me if first injections helped and I told her no. She said well then we won’t give you any more injections since they didn’t work. Then she proceeded to tell me that narcotics are not prescribed over and over. I want to be clear that I never asked for narcotics or a refill ever!!!!!! She told me they could do a bone scan and I think that was just to appease me. I will never go back there. You are treated as a number and nothing else!

Michelle Cotayo, ARNP is an amazing & professional medical practitioner. I live in Port Saint Lucie and it takes me at least an hour to drive to her office. To me, that speaks volumes as to her level of care. She takes time to answer any questions I have and explains everything that relates to my revision anterior approach spine surgery I underwent and the reasons for my mobility and pain issues. She not only listens, but also outlines solutions. I have recommended her and doctor Davis to friends and family. My son is a rather new ( finished residency) Emergency Department Doctor; and my personal thoughts is that I hope he will be half as effective as Doctor Davis and fortunate to work with nurses and other medical professionals that are of the caliber of Mrs. Cotayo. She is truly a credit to the medical profession and represents herself as an amazing medical professional.
