She treat my mother like a cow giving birth horrible experience I was in the Emergency room from 9 pm to 7 am in the morning of the next day nobody was in my hall and nobody come to me to tell me was going on at 5 am i went to the nurse station and said are you guys remember me i still here with my mom she said well i am the only Dr in the emergency the other one left at 2 am Lets me tell you Memorial Hospital of Miramar Emergency is no the same every thing change so much even the cleaning is not the same shame to see this.

RACIST! I was treated by Dr.Monica Yamada-Oklin at Memorial Hospital In Miramar (ER) and she treated me as if I didn't just get in a fatal accident. She has horrible bedside manner and she refused to answer my questions. She also stated " You have two working hands" because she didn't want to help me turn my body. Disclaimer: when I was in pain and I didn't know what she was referring to on my body. Also, I completed many Xrays, CT scans etc. and it was shown on her computer and she refused to turn around the computer so I can see what my X-rays looked like and I asked multiple times. She had a horrible attitude and I waited to see her for more than 5 hours. I was very disappointed by the service and as a medical student myself she lost my respect as a medical professional.

She had horrible bed-side manned. She was knowledgeable but didn’t make me feel like she was actively listening. She was very condescending and rude to be frank. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to feel comfortable and heard.

My wife was seen by her , she is to the button of the matter , explained everything and pass the work to other . That what I call a complete care . Thanks doctor SS
