My experience at Global Behavioral Medicine was exceptional from start to finish! From the lady at the front desk, Tahina, to the young ladies Sam and Kathy at the front desk greeting me and making the check-in process smooth. They were very attentive and punctual with notifying me of my appointment at least 48 hours before and sent me documents to fill out prior to my appointment so it was even quicker process once I arrived to the office. Dr.Gomez was very professional and welcoming, made me feel comfortable and addressed all of my needs. He was very thorough and patient. 10/10 Will recommend this office to manage your mental health!!

I was not a patient. However my child was a potential one. My son's PCP instructed me that my son needed to see a psychiatrist since the medication she prescribed did not work effectively any longer. I made the appointment with Global Behavioral Medicine Dr. Gomez. The day before my son was scheduled to arrive to his appointment, I received a call at 5 pm from the office clearly stating that Doctor Ramon Gomez was not seeing minor patients. My biggest concern was my son. The doctor's office decided to let me know this at the end of the day prior (5 pm) to his appointment that they would not see him since he was a minor. They were fully aware of my son's age when the appointment was made. Due to this I lost a day of work and my son lost days of receiving the proper care and treatment that Dr. Gomez may have been able to offer him. Bottom line, any doctor's office that does this at the last minute leaving you with no source of corrective action nor resources in which you could have perused, should not be positively endorsed.
