Best office Ive ever been too!!

Place overall is ok, but the front desk lady should have a little more ethic and not ask indiscrete questions and be a little more prudent and no asking people why they took so long to do migration paperwork

Been going there for years. While Tomchik is fine, the rest of the staff has really gone downhill. They replaced everyone and the new team screens calls when they don’t wanna deal with something. As someone who’s been doing self-pay for years, I’m extremely disappointed in how much they’ve let the service slip downward.

These folks are so awesome! They helped me in every way possible and really bent over backwards at every turn. For what you pay, they provide amazing and extensive services. I want to especially mention Alberto who took time to help me last minute with my report. He was really patient and nice about it too. Awesome, friendly people. Use them, you will be very pleased.

Our family simply loves Dr Tomchik and his practice. The staff are very helpful, courteous and very kind/attentive to our needs. For us it is a one stop shop for all our medical needs. Very convenient for any lab testing as well. Highly recommend!!

Let me start off by saying I absolutely LOVE DR. Tomchik and his staff. This review is based off a phone call I recieved from a young man in their office that was not that pleasant to talk to. I have been with this office for years, not one notice, email, or phone call was made to me to tell me that they no longer took my insurance starting January of this year. I went to my appointment, was seen by my doctor and sent on my way. About a week ago I get a notice from their billing department that I owe them $90 because I was considered "self pay". I spoke to my insurance, they told me they never filed a claim, spoke to someone in the billing department, they apologized for the mistake and told me they would process the claim. Then a couple of days ago a young man called me from the office stating that they no longer accepted my insurance because it was through Market place and i was on the hook for the $90 and would have to pay that amount every time I needed to come in for my medication. I asked to speak to someone higher up than him because clearly someone didn't do their job by verifying my insurance prior to my appointment and he told me "NO, I WILL BE CANCELLING ALL YOUR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AND I WILL NOT SEND A CLAIM BECAUSE IT WILL GET DENIED ANYWAY". It's not fair to let me know in February AFTER you saw me in January that you no longer took my insurance. He was rude, and cold on the phone call. I keep trying to call the office to speak with someone else but my phone calls are not going through. They had plenty opportunity to tell me prior to my appointment that they no longer took my health insurance instead of sticking me with a bill a month later. Again, DR. Tomchik and his staff (not including the man i spoke with) are wonderful. I am sad that i will not be going their any longer, but it was extremely unprofessional to blame me for someone else not verifying my insurance and giving me time to find an other DR.

Great loved coming here. It was an amazing experience . Great professionalism from the staff. I loved doctor’s attitude and professionalism and the medical assistants are amazing as well I hihghly recommend Dr Tomchik.

Love this office. The staff is really friendly and amazing. All the providers are great. I saw Charlene for my visit and she was amazing. The medical assistants are also very helpful and nice.

I have been coming here for years! The front office staff is nothing short of amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and actually care about your concerns and listen. I couldn’t be happier with my primary doctor.
