Vivian Bilasano's Online Review Report Card

Usually never write reviews but I’m whole heartedly disgusted. My husband and I have been going here for a year or so. My husband disliked them from the very beginning when they blew off his chronic stomach pain. EVERYTIME you call they either don’t answer or are extremely unhelpful. I have chronic back issues. When I have had a “flare up” and I’ve called in they say I need to come in in order to get a muscle relaxer…. I go in and they don’t even EXAMINE me they ask my symptoms and send me on my way with my muscle relaxer (for obvious reasons $$). Today I had another flare up. Called at 8am asked for someone to please call me back so I can get a prescription no one calls me back. I call back 2 times (every 3 hours) she secretary tells me everyone has left for the day and she doesn’t know if anyone can get back to me. This place is looking to make a quick dime when it’s convenient for them but if it’s an emergency one of their patients calls in about they are no where to be found. Looking for a new primary as we speak. AWFUL!

Unorganized office horrible staff!!

Extremely fast. Five minute or less appointment shows there's no caring about the patient.

Very disappointed. She didn't care for me as a patient. Poor listener. She should retire soon.

Amazing Doctor, is extremely Professional, honest and care for the patients, don't over charge and don't do unnecessary exams if do not need it. Good listener and love what she do. I wish I mate her before, but I'm very glad I have her now as my doctor.

A plus plus doctor .! She and Dr Konopka and the rest of BCK Primecare staff are amazing ! During this COVID era, she found time to call me to check how am doing and if I need anything . She made herself available 24/7 ... this gave me a sense of relief that I’m not alone I can’t wait to visit their beautiful Pines and Miramar clinics again ... KW

Office staff members had poor command of the English language. They made numerous mistakes involving my first visit and the ordering of my prescriptions. One staff person made mistakes twice regarding my birth date. Another mistake was involving my e-mail, and not being able to send me important papers. My prescriptions did not get sent to my pharmacy, requiring me to make additional calls to the DR office and pharmacy. Once they were called in, only half of the prescriptions got called in, requiring more wasted time calling the DR office. I will likely change my PCP selection to Dr. Cheryl Case-Diaz in Pembroke Pines. I have interviewed their office manager, and feel comfortable that their office can deliver better administrative services for English speaking person like myself.

Dr. Bilasano is good but unfortunately when it comes to getting a referral is an issue. They have only one person called Monique in charge and she does not deliver her job. Recently, I had to reschedule my specialists appointments because she does not does her job. I have called to talk to Dr. Bilasano but Moniques co-workers covers the mistakes for her and they don't give my message to the Dr. I had to look for another Primary

I was patient with her some time ago and I lost her contact. She is extraordinary with the treatment of patients. I recommend her professionally to ??, and I wish her the best in her profession. I am very excited to have found her Again.

Dr Bilasano is as a Dr. A rare find...careing, sweet, knowledgeable , what I call a GOOD DR..with an excellent staff..respectful of her patient's dignity ,very clean office, and she is always well groomed I feel very Happy that I found her...
