Jamie and Kay were so nice and professional. They gave my sisters kids some stickers and car toys to play with while we waited. Overall I'm very happy with this experience, and recommend if anyone needs speedy, professional, and exceptional treatment, to come here!

The nurse that took me in was Great the nurse practiced that did my dot doesn't know what she is doing and should go back to school and learn the law DON'T EVER GO HERE FOR DOT PHYSICAL EVER SHE HAS NO BED SIDE MANNER NO WONDER SHE CAN'T BE A DOCTOR

First time visitor, and will use whenever needed. I found the facility immaculate and the check in staff extremely friendly and helpful. We saw APRN Hereman who was very professional and gave clear information. Heather and Deb were also patient with us and very thorough. Highly recommend!

The front office staff is very kind and professional. My nurse was polite and thorough. Doctor was double thorough and knowledgeable as well as personable and considerate. My daughter went here last month and had just as good of service as I did today. I will only be coming to this urgent care if I’m sick!

Easy to make an appointment, only brief waiting period of approximately 10 minutes before being taken back. Both Heather and Joy APRN were friendly, professional and caring. Immediately addressed all concerns. Thank you to the staff of AH Centra Care Mount Dora.
