List of Birendra Bhattarai's Reviews
Dr. Bhattarai is a good docter. The help in front office is a joke. Allways playing around not trying to help people, and for get about getting them to answer the phone. I would have found another docter along time ago if i didnt like the docter so good..
Dr B has been my pcp for last 10 years and even that I moved from Lake County couple years ago I still have him as my physician . It’s very rare to find doctor that has compassion and bed side manners like him. I highly recommend Dr B.
Excellent doctor who really cared about my situation. Took the time to answer my questions and concerns and at no time did I feel that I was being rushed.
My parents saw him for 4 years or more. They moved in with me do to poor health. I have come to learn that dr B did nothing for them. My dad should of seen more specialist and my mom. Infact my mom asked for a Nerolgy dr but he said I will take care of it. But he did nothing. They ate in poor health and live with me now. Getting recirds from him has been difficult. I can't even get through their number now. Stay away from dr B if u want to get better.
Up until the COVID-19 pandemic I felt that the Lakeview staff was professional and courteous. However, when I needed a refill for a Level 2 medication, Dr. Bhattarai had the staff tell me that I needed to come in for a visit. I requested a telemedicine visit or virtual visit as I live with my elderly parents. My mother is considered high risk and my father is immunocomprimised. On March 9th, Gov. of Florida, Ron DeSantis, issued an Executive Order 20-52 that allows and permits up to a 30-day emergency refills. Dr. Bhattarai relayed through his staff that I still needed to come in and he would not renew my medication until I did. The front desk manager told me that there was only a risk of germs in the waiting room and not in the patient rooms. I was also told that the doctor was very busy and the first available appointment was April 7, 2020 and that I could only see Dr. Bhattarai and not another physician or PA. I refuse to see a doctor that does not care about my family's health.

Outstanding first visit. Doctor Bhatteri was immediately on top of the care plan required to keep me healthy by ordering an at home sleep analysis to address my COPD. His friendly but professional manner instilled a renewed confidence in me that I had chosen the right physician for me.
Great doctors. Terrible and I mean HORRIBLE scheduling system in lake view though. 3 stars is a gift. Took me an hour and a half of my personal time to get rescheduled.
Dr. Birendra Bhattarai, MD cares. He really truly cares. He is a life saver!
I moved from my physicians practice area a year ago and dreaded finding a new PCP. I did the usual Google search and became more apprehensive. I made 4 appointments with other doctors but cancelled. Then I was admitted to the hospital for new onset AFIB. I needed a follow up immediately . Dr Bhattarai's office got me in the next week. From the moment I stepped up to the window to the moment I was making my follow up appointments, I felt at ease and knew I made the right choice. Dr Bhattarai is a gentle soul with a broad base of knowledge his reception staff, rooming nurse and discharge staff make you feel right at home. I just met with Alexi Weeks the NP and now I am totally convinced all my healthcare issues are in the right hands.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
