Dinah Warner's Online Review Report Card

I thought it was just me, we were charged $195 each for my son and I, they said it had to do with my deductible not met, my husband has cancer had 2 surgeries at the beginning of this year and they said ii still had a deductible to meet, so who is the billing office I should call, almost $400 between my son and I for initial visit sounds ridiculous, and after seeing the last review I'm wondering if we were overcharged?

The medical staff I saw was excellent. They put me at ease when confronted with an issue I need to deal with. However, checking out was another problem entirely. They charged me almost complete price for the office visit when I have insurance. They kept talking about my deductible which wasn't even the correct amount. When I called the billing department later basically long story short I will get my money back IF the claim is paid. What the heck is insurance for? Per my insurance it should have been my copay of $35 but I will wait 30 days to receive my money back. I have to have a procedure And I was unable to get a price. When asked several times I was told they wouldn't know until I got here. I said what if I don't have the money? They said then I would have to reschedule. So I would have to take off work have someone else take off work to drive me and then hope that I have enough money for the procedure and if not we will all just waste A-day off of work and have to reschedule. Needless to say I will make the drive to Lake Mary and go to my old dermatologist that is honest and knows how to handle insurance.

Short wait not a big issue. Did the scan and I was out of there within the hour. Highly recommend this facility.

This is a very poorly run office- management is absolutely abysmal to deal with. This is unfortunate as the actual providers and most of their assistants are quite pleasant. I will never return to this practice.

Caring, compassionate, brilliant, takes time with me. Highly recommend.

A friend noticed what could be a skin problem on my face and referred me to Dr. Warner. The problem was worse than I could have imagined. She treated me for a skin condition which was serious and I have been going to her for three years to treat skin conditions that continue to plague me. She has helped me so much and I have peace of mind in knowing my future health is safe. I thank the Lord for her.

Outstanding dermatology group. Dr. Warner is very thorough, professional and personable, and I had the best facial & mild chemical peel I have ever had in my life today by Traci, the practice's Paramedical Aesthetician. I highly recommend this group for any dermatological needs.

They are a good business, everyone there I met was very friendly with the exception of the individuals that when you leave you need to talk to to get an appointment and pay your bill, they are some really unhappy people. They never smiled never ask how did it go just you owe and you need to come back . That is why they got only a 3 I would have rated them higher otherwise
