Very friendly, professional office staff. The medical personnel are great with kids, mine always feel very at ease when we go in for their visits. The exam rooms are each decorated in different themes & they always talk about while we wait, which is never more then about 5 mins.

Two times after bringing my child to this practice, soon thereafter I had to bring my child to the ER for proper care and diagnosis. They do not know what they are doing.

My son turns 18 tomorrow and has been going here since birth. Awesome staff and all the doctors are friendly and looking out for their patients. Wait time can sometimes be long, but Im sure thats because they treat all their patients as they treat us and answer all questions, etc. All my other kids go here too.

I thoroughly enjoy taking my daughter in to this office, under the circumstances! They are great with her and have always been very quick to assess the situation and get the correct treatment immediately. I love this doc!

My husband went here as a child & now our 3 children go here. They have many smart,sweet doctors here & the staff treats you like family. They always have appointments & there morning emergency walk in clinic is awesome too. I would recommend this pediatric office for #1 in care in Lake County!
