I waited a month and a half for a new patient appointment and on the day it was scheduled they called and said we can't take you because you have the wrong insurance. Shouldn't you have checked it when I made the appointment? Now my prescriptions have run out and they are an urgency to have. And I have to wait another lengthy wait for another doctor. Terrible service.

Unfortunately I am unable to select zero stars for this office. My elderly grandmother fell and fractured her ankle requiring surgery up in IL, so we had to move her down here post-op as she can no longer live on her own. We established care with this office at the end of March and have yet to receive a referral to an Orthopedic foot and ankle specialist. This office has no care or compassion for their patients. My grandmother is in pain daily in a post op boot and cannot ambulate on her own let alone care for herself. She needs therapy to start her recovery process and also needs x-rays to confirm healing. This office disgusts me with their blatant disregard for their patients. My mother has made numerous calls and cannot get anywhere. If you love someone do not take them here. It is sad how our elderly population is treated.

Careless reckless commu ication and staffbehaviors. It's more of a corporate call center than a doctor"s office. It is part of a local corporation that"s impossible toget information about. It"s been disturbing throuoit my experience in their officeS.i

I found the doctor to be very good. However the staff at both the Leesburg and Mount Dora offices were disorganized with poor communication between the office and the specialists they referred us to.

My Doctor's office has multiple locations and 7 days a week service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm quite pleased with them

Terrible terrible terrible! No call backs in an emergency situation (yes, doctor was in office) It took 4 days to get a referral to a cardiologist! Cardiologist office said they ALWAYS have trouble with this office. Doctor seems nice, but nice doesn't cut it. Somebody is dropping the ball in serious situations. Complaints do no good. I do NOT recommend.

I have had a major infection, I talked with staff two days in a row trying to get antibiotics. Stated they would call in a prescription and have not done anything. Have called answering service 5 times with absolutely no response .. I have been in sever pain and trying to control the infection. The lack of communication in this office has happened several times in the short period of time I have been going to them. Looking for new doctor because of this and the danger it could cause due to this infection.. beware..

Most possible the worst doctor I ever came across!Left messages at her office and never got a respond.When I came to see her and in terrible pain she was hiding most of the time behind her laptop and seems to have no idea why you are visiting her.The waiting time is unbelievable long and it does not matter what condition you are in.Every time I visited her she had new people working in the office for her.

Not a good listener; spent too much time staring at computer screen; I thought there was a bit of a language barrier; very poor follow up; telephone contact has to go through a central office; had a PA call me with the results of a significant test which is not what I expect from a doctor
