Great! Dr. Simon is an excellent and caring doctor you can trust. I selected Dr. Simon after suffering a significant on-duty injury. His assistant Fatima was my first point of contact and I knew right away I was in good hands. Fatima conducted a detailed medical screening and answered all my questions. An injury is always unsettling and she ensured my confidence in Dr. Simon was well placed. My appointment was scheduled promptly and when I met Dr. Simon, I knew that I was going to receive the best care and attain the best possible outcome. This assessment was not just instinctive but based on how thorough he was with my examinations, tests, explaining every step in the process, treatment options and follow-ups with therapy. As a result of the great medical care provided by Dr. Simon and his team of experts, I have been able to return to full duty serving our community. I am very grateful to Dr. Simon.

Dr. Simon is a great doctor. He explains everything in detail and he even went over my Xrays with me. Great office and staff. Wait time was only 10min.

What an amazing experience. I went to Dr. Simon for a second opinion on my shoulder and boy am I glad I did. He listened and wanted to get me better, by doing therapy and medicine first. Not surgery right away. If you are looking for a GREAT Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Simon is your Doctor to go to. Great staff also.

Dr. Simon is an amazing Doctor. He took great care of my shoulder and knee. Staff was great. His medical assistant Fatima is also great. This office makes you feel right at home.

Dr. Simon has been my doctor for over 20 years. Throughout that time he has treated my injuries better than I expected. I follow his advice and has always improved. He took the time to explain everything to me and provided me with recommended options. He and his staff at this office are all amazing! Thank you for the great care!

Sadly this office has lost the meaning of Quality Patient Care. I had had previous surgeries with Dr. Simon and of course went back. BIG MISTAKE! Over the years, money has obviously taken over. When you leave messages for the Clinical Manager on multiple occasions just to be ignored and calls NEVER returned about your care, you can’t help but feel like you have become a number and your health really means nothing according to this office! God forbid you ask why you are being treated like dirt, it doesn’t matter!

Awful experience. The office is like the a busy DMV...multiple stations, people coming out shouting patients names. It's like a factory. The check in experience was cold and the opposite of how you want to feel at the doctor's office. But that was a delight compared to the arrogant, impatient doctor who was seriously offended that I asked him questions. Oh wise and noble Dr. Simon! How dare I question you. What was I thinking??? I am merely a mortal. I mean, you're a doctor. His medical assistant appeared to be trained in junior doctor arrogance. She talked to me with her mouth full to tell me what i was doing wrong. An overall bad doctor experience.

Dr. Simon has been my go to doc since 2009, When after another doctor total missed a torn ACL even after him doing a meniscus scope. Dr Simon was recomended and I had him do my ACL repair and knee was as strong as ever. fast forward years later and another meniscus injury ( I am EXTREMELY active) He was very responsive, helpful and informative on my options. Once I decided on another surgery, he went above and beyond in order to get me all my test and in for surgery in like a week.

If your looking for a doctor that communicates well, gives a thourough exam, explaination & plan, GO TO SOMEONE ELSE! Doctors only words “youv’e got a lot of wear & tear on your spine” Later when we reviewed the diagnosis it stated “ traumatic rupture to disc”. Contacted 1 day later for helpwith pain on the on call number & dr in group. 2 days later recieved a call back. No thank you. Ended in ambulance & ER No help true medical help from Dr Simon

Operated/Reconstructed both of my knees as a collegiate athlete and I haven’t had any issues since. My ligaments and knees have held up with an active lifestyle for 15+ years later. There isn’t any arrogance about him, just a confidence a physician should have.
