I am extremely disappointed that she is part of the Advent Health community. Before my visit, I heard her yelling at a patient for not having proper ppe when the nurse had said she was just fine with what she had on. She spent the whole time with me arguing over a medication that I have been taking for years and then told me she didn't have the time to address any of my other health concerns because she had other patients to see. I would not recommender her. The welfare of her patients does not to be one of her concerns.

Being a medical professional, I had no problems communicating with her. Her accent tends to make thing hard to understand unless you have some medical background. She made my wife sound like she was going to be in the hospital by telling her she was pre-diabetic with a ONE TIME blood sugar of 140. I have taken it several times at no higher than 116. She doesn't form baselines before making comments and sticks religiously to numerical parameters and makes snap diagnoses. My wife has COPD because her father smoked at home ??? He died 43 years ago and she hasn't lived at home for 52+ years. He told me my annual prostate exam could wait til next time..that was 2 years ago. She is condescending in her "bedside" manner. We have switched doctors long ago. Her office staff has more compassion and understanding than she does.

Came 15 minutes early for 10:30 appointment- not seen until 11:45- no explanation of why the delay.

Excellent attention very thorough and professional Dr. Chastain, thoroughly reviews the results of the tests performed, so I consider their diagnoses are very successful. As a patient I realized the grsn experience that has to extract cysts that we get in any part of the body. Mine was in the head I extracted everything without problems I feel very comfortable with it and I tell them I am a difficult patient. He has given me good treatments. For me she is the best doctor I have had in a long time
