I have been many times with my mother so we know to pack a lunch but this is ridiculous. We left at 11:40 without her being seen for a 10:15 appt with the nurse practitioner ??. And she still was not “next”!! People came and left and there we sat. To add insult to injury the receptionist wasn’t apologetic or sorry it was simply OK I’ll take her off the list. I can only assume she gets the same complaint often. I have a full time job that i have to take time off from but apparently no one else can work so they can schedule too many patients. Unacceptable. Will be the last time

I had a TKR in March, and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the results!! I had it at the surgery center and went home the same day. I was quite worried about that, but it turned out to be the best thing ever! My recovery went very fast and I was walking without my walker or cane after 3 wks!!! The physical therapy is great too! I had a TKR on my other knee years ago in another state and it was a nightmare!! I can't believe how smooth this one went. I can't rave about Dr. Manoogian and his entire staff enough!! Top-notch all the way.

Dr Manoogian is very helpful and caring. Someimes there is a wait in the office but that is because he takes time to listen to all patients' questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and keeps up with current medical research. His staff is friendly and dedicated too.

No! Never again! Sat in waiting room for 3 hours, when called back waited another 20+ minutes, he finally came in, spent 2-3 minutes then sent his nurse in to give me a shot in a knee that needed a replacement. Went to a wonderful surgeon in The Villages. So glad I did!

Dr. M is one of the finest, most gifted medical professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure to know! Not only is he a top notch surgeon, but his compassion, care, and genuine concern for his patients is brilliant! Yes... some office wait-times have been a bit lengthy, but to have this caliber of doctor/surgeon right in Lake County made the wait worth it!!??
