I was looking forward to my visit to Waterman Village as they were advertising their new Senior Apartments. The staff was very friendly. However, I did not know that the apartments were a buy in of $200,000 plus the monthly rent. I felt with the economy uncertain and no interest on the $200,000 to move was not suitable to me. It is a beautiful facility. I wish when I called for my appointment they told me more than just the rent. I was never told it was strictly a buy in for the Apartments across the street on Donnally when I arrived for the appointment. The waiting list for just a rental on the West side of Donnally had over 200 on the waiting list and this alone was not a feasible wait for me.

Got a tour with very friendly and helpful agent. Didn't see the kind of housing we were hoping for. Wait list is several years out so you have to be planning way ahead.

Outpatient therapy is wonderful. 1 on 1 treatments for all clients. I do work here lol.

Waterman Village is honestly one of the best places to work at no doubt about it where they actually appreciate their employees. This is a place were we truly care for our residents and build a relationship with love love love . Thank you WV !

There is nothing you can find negative about this facility. Great food, friendly staff, helpful services, free transportation to local places, fitness center, golf membership walking paths, heated pool, on site chapel just to name a few. The people and staff there are extremely helpful in every detail.

we have lived at Waterman Village Independent living and our life is marvelous. Anything and everything we need is promptly taken care of. Food is better than a gourmet restaurant. I thank God daily for bringing us to Waterman Village
